Breakfast was good. Staff, neighborhood, location at all is good. Wifi is excellent.
The hotel's rooftop pool was closed for renovations. Also, the rooms on the lower floors smell strongly of paint. The hotel staff uses the same elevators as the guests, so you may ride with dirty laundry, renovation workers...

Hotel was very well located. Check in and out was smooth, offered a standard breakfast. The room was large including the bathroom and the bed.

I liked the big bed and nice staff. The breakfast was decent and standard.
This cannot be classified as a design hotel. The furniture etc. is all old stuff in rather poor state. In spite of being an engineer, in the shower I had hard times adjusting the water taps to achieve nice warm water. 95% of the adjustment gave cooking hot water and the fine tuning to obtain warm water was is the small 5%.
The pictures on booking.com are great but do not represent the reality of the room I experienced.
