Only the local neighbourhood is not the cleanest, but 5 minutes walk to park and Beach and Assador Grill.

Good safe hotel. Restaurant is great! Staff not friendly and acted like they were going out of there way to assist. Check out I was charged for 2 bottles of water. I only used one and then went to a store a bought a big bottle. Even showed the staff the big bottle but seemed offended and told me to go back to room a check. Showed bad attitude.

The check in process is long, the rooms are very dated, I felt like I was stuck in the 1980s in this hotel, staff wasn't great. Overpriced for the value. I am fine with the location, but there are some homeless directly outside and this isn't the fanciest area.

Took a very long time to check in, very slow service and not very friendly staff. However they did let us checkin 1hour early. We asked 3x for a quiet room, but room given was behind elevator and had very noisy old AC. We had to change rooms as couldnt sleep, after asking 3x we got moved and had a much quieter room - thankful for change.
