Nice modern room. Very quiet. Plenty elevators direct to/from underground parking
Well located for nearby restaurants and attractions
Not enough staff on front desk at times.
Parking underground is not included in the room cost. Be aware that its around €27/night for parking if paid thru the hotel. That wasnt apparent in the booking and was a surprise after a few days stay.

Great location, a comfortable, stylish room with a daily restocked minibar and all necessary toiletries. A varied and delicious breakfast, featuring the option to mix your own Mimosa cocktail.

Good location. Preferred the Belgium Quarter to the busy touristy old town.
Good Aircon. Comfy bed (I’ll come onto the pillows in the next section).
Great city views.
Well equipped gym and sauna area.
First room given was ok, but no view. The friendly, efficient staff quickly moved us to a much better room on the 9th floor with a balcony. Amazing city views.
The hotel itself is looking very old, tired and dated. Chipped furniture and wallpaper. With the ‘lumpiest’ pillows I have ever come across.
