Very nice, fair priced hotel near Köln old town

Small but comfortable room, parking available in the parking garage under the building, easy access, fair pricing. We didn 't use the buffet breakfast which looked great but was too expensive for what we wanted knowing there are several very nice coffee bars and breakfast places nearby. The lounge, with bar was very comfortable as well and nicely decorated.

Location very central. Good underground parking in same building. Breakfast was very good. Room was very quiet, although situated on a large street in town.

Missed a cooked breakfast, bacon & eggs. No tea or coffee making facilities in room.

Great hotel and a reasonable price which exceeded my expectations

Rooms were perfect and had everything we needed. Well thought out and comfortable and extremely quiet. Staff were very helpful. Bar area was really nice and cosy and we had drinks in there both nights. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The inconsistencies in service and comfort made the experience disappointing for that property

I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, the reliable Wi-Fi access, and the welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

However, several aspects of the stay fell short of the expectations for a four-star hotel. The rooms were not cleaned to an appropriate standard, and the front desk staff initially refused to provide water—only agreeing to do so after a German-speaking friend intervened and pointed out that other guests had received some. The breakfast area felt cramped, the breakfast selection was limited, and basic amenities such as house slippers were missing. Additionally, the room temperature never rose above 20°C, which made the stay less comfortable.

A very nice stay. Can recommend

Super clean. Very well decorated. Well maintained. Staff were kind and accommodating. Beds were large and comfortable (we had a king bed that was one mattress and not two pushed together). Well located. And the little blue candies at the front desk were a tasty addition to our stay. Overall lovely. Black out curtains for good sleep. Ambient tv settings that soothed me every time I came in the room.

Everything was great. If you use lotion bring your own bc there wasn’t any in the hotel. And maybe the body wash didn’t smell great but this didn’t take away from my experience at all. overall great.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Decor in entrance and bar is very stylish and comfortable- it feels like a more expensive hotel than it is. Really appreciated the water station and car park in the basement.

Bar and Lobby area has a fun and tasteful decor and super comfortable furniture inviting people to just hang out. Staff is friendly and efficiently serving people. Rooms are neat, clean and beds comfortable. Walkable location to see the sights
