Clean, Spacious, and Incredibly Helpful

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the staff were not only super friendly but incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even brought extra pillows tailored to our preferred firmness. Their local knowledge was spot-on. We received excellent recommendations for breakfast spots and personalized advice on which Christmas markets to visit based on what we enjoy. It made exploring the area feel effortless and curated. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The location was perfect: a quiet area, yet only a short walk to everything we needed, including the train station and several Christmas markets. Overall, a fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommended!

This is a personal preference aspect - the shower fixture in our room could use an upgrade. The setup in that particular room only offers a handheld shower and an overhead rain shower, which isn’t very practical - especially when the handheld can’t be fixed at a comfortable height. I either have to use the handheld awkwardly or get my hair wet every day. A standard adjustable showerhead that works both as a handheld and can be set at body height would make a big difference. The current option may look fancier, but not ideal for longer stays.

Great location, comfortable facilities, not great for long stays or working from or cooking lots.

The location was spot on, very central. The room was a good size but not ideal for cooking in every day, couldn't leave windows open as it let in a ton of mosquitos. The little balcony was a nice touch if only it didn't face the back end of the building, facing another building and the aircon units, so really not usable at all. Coffee machine provided was lovely but very specific to only 1 type of coffee pod which we had to hunt down to refill. Cleaning was only done 1x per week. we were there 7 days. It was a very comfortable room if you didn't plan to work in there or cook very much. It's definitely a room to explore the city and shop but not for long stays.

Kitchenette too small, balcony sat over air con units and backs of buildings - mosquitos - i've never been bitten that much and I travel to hot European countries every summer.

Clean, spacious property in an excellent central location. Every detail was well done and the property management was so accommodating and responsive whenever we had a question! We were there during an especially hot period and the air conditioning was such a gift!

The toilet door is slightly see through, and there’s a hole that serves as a door knob, not nice especially if you got grown up kids with you. Lastly, toilet seat slightly a bit high, my feet were dangling every time I seat on it.

Perfect spot in the city centre with everything you need!

Great city centre location, secure building with spacious, modern and clean apartments. Perfect for our family of three with a well stocked kitchenette, ice cold AC and three options for pillows. Staff are only available certain hours in person but reachable by phone, which helped when we arrived earlier than expected.

Bed was firm and a bit lumpy, my back and neck hurt the entire time, but I suppose that’s somewhat typical for the region. Sofa bed was comfortable for our daughter.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is incredibly central, within walking distance to shopping malls and all major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Even before arrival, the communication for check-in was smooth and attentive. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

Highly recommended accommodation

Excellent location in the city center. Clean, spacy and functional accommodation with everything you may need and more. The air conditioning works really well and isn't noisy (highly appreciated when it is hot). The sound proofing is perfect: if you close the windows, you cannot hear anything from the streets around even in case of party outside. Staff is nice, welcoming and helpful in case of need. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Three night stay in Cologne

In the few days we stayed here the location was ideal for reaching the things we were interested in exploring by foot. The apartment was comfortable and equipped with everything we would need for this stay.

Fabulous, spacious, well equipped apartments in a great location.

Firstly the lady (under training) and the young man who was in charge could not have been more welcoming and helpful. He showed us how everything in the apartment worked and gave us a lot of information and helpful tips on things to see and do and restaurants etc. Also provided his phone number in case of any issues. The apartment itself was large and very well equipped with everything you need and more. Location was fantastic and despite being right in the middle of the city was very quiet. Property was also very clean and nicely laid out.

Only small issue was that the tv with a fire stick didn’t seem to give us any English channels whatsoever but not a big issue as we only wanted to catch up on the news.

Perfect place to stay!

Amazing location, right in the middle of the main shopping district, yet quiet, especially at night. Most imaginable necessities around the corner. Close by most cultural attractions. Friendly staff at reception, impeccable cleanliness and room equipment. Coffee pads are a nice plus. I will definitely return!

The location was great. On a very quiet street but close to lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was so big and spacious, everything you might need was provided. It was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was excellent- as was the WiFi.

Located in the very center of the city and walking distance to all attractions. We did not hear any noise from the street at night. Apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The shower was very big and powerful. Lots of towels were provided, which were great. The bed was very comfy, with high quality bedding. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our baby and he provided a cot, highchair and bath, which I didn't even request. As the apartments were quiet he told us we could check out at whatever time we wanted. This was so appreciated, as we got to have an extra day in Cologne. I would highly recommend staying here for travelling to Cologne.
