Friendly staff, and the layout of the decor! I liked the walk in shower and the unique reception layout
The house keeping we’re a little too hasty knocking on the door at 1140 when checking out time is 1200.

We specifically chose 25hours Hotel before other hotels as it had a nice sauna-spa area. Upon arrival we were informed that it was out of order. We were offered a bottle of water as compensation.
The waiting time at the reception was very long despite no queue. Lack of staff.
The first day at the breakfast the staff were particularly rude and unwelcoming. This was not the case the following two days.
Despite having booked a room with a double bed we were given a room with single beds. As we had not touched the beds we could however change to another room.
In the room itself there is a big lack of space to put your belongings. We had to use the floor to put our clothes on as there was no shelf. In the bathroom there is nowhere to put your toilet bag. It seems the room is not designed by people who travel a lot.
