All the staff were lovely and so helpful. The very helpful gentleman Ralph who checked me in on arrival drew a suggested walk and things to see on a map plus he also suggested and booked a restaurant nearby based on my preferred dietary choice. He showed me to my room and explained the decor as each room is decorated with historical stories of Nuremberg. Very interesting and quirky which I loved.
I was unwell the second day and the desk staff were able to book me an extra night without me having to move rooms.
I went down to try and have a little breakfast and one of the staff could see I was not well and offered to bring me a pot of tea and some food to my room (as I was suffering from vertigo).
They also notified cleaning staff (at my request) to leave my room clean and even placed the do not disturb sign on my door.
I felt like I mattered and was cared for.

The location is perfect.
No fridge, no kettle, bath towels the size of pot towels, lack of information and very unfriendly staff.
