Pillows were awful. 1 pillow which was folded over but still not comfortable and far too low. Affected the quality of my sleep

It's a very convenient stay,

The location is super. Totally in the city. Friendly staffs . Hotel is very clean and smells so nice.

The room is a bit small but totally understandable for the fact that it's in the city itself. I couldn't find any hospitality bathroom kits in the room ( no shower cap , no cosmetic cotton swabs)

Fabulous hotel in a great location.

The hotel is in a great location, ideally placed for visiting the Christmas markets. Our room was very compact but very clean.

A little more space for clothes would be good although I appreciate probably most guests only stay for a few nights.

Great hotel in the centre of town

We absolutely loved our time here. It was our first stop on a family trip around Europe. When we arrived our son wasn’t well and we were too early to get into our room. Daniel at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us. He helped look after our son and did everything he could to get us into our room sooner. He was so friendly for our whole stay. The rest of the staff were great too. We loved our rooms, they were always very clean and the beds were comfortable , we loved the amazing location of this hotel and the very yummy breakfasts that we had every morning. We felt so comfortable safe and welcomed at this hotel we would not hesitate to go back next time we visit cologne.

An excellent hotel, will certainly stay again.

The location, the staff on reception and in the bar/ cafe were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent.

The only small thing was the coffee and creamer wasn’t replaced or shower gel when running low in the room.

Great stay in a comfortable room in a great location.

Hard beds, quiet room and great location.

The shower leaked and the bathroom light switch and AC/Heating controls were behind the sliding bathroom door. It took us time to find these controls. It would be nice if there was a notice in the room.

Perfect for a short amusing stay in Köln

The hotel is perfectly located in Cologne's historic center. Nearby are the Dom, major museums, cultural attractions, and countless delicious Brauhaus restaurants. The hotel is very modern, with a 24-hour front desk. The room was very small, warm, and cozy, but it was useful for washing and sleeping; as a tourist, I was out all day. They offer free soap, a TV, and adjustable heating; the outside noise is bearable. The breakfast is generous, with a mix of savory and sweet options. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for a short stay in Cologne.

Some time the temperature top high in the night. In the weekend many people speaking loudly in the streets, but, in winter you can close the window.

Location is good!

The sheets and pillows smelled bad on the first day, and we had to ask for replacements. The room’s air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, and when we asked to lower the temperature, they told us to open the windows instead. When we woke up, our room was 26°C.

Great location and the staff (Daniel) was very helpful and friendly - he wrote recommendation for places to eat for us. Room wwas clean and bed comfortable. Liked that you could open a window to get fresh air.

AC don’t work well and there are mosquitoes at night.I didn’t sleep well for the whole 2 nights. The breakfast selection is a little less to choose from. The rates seems high considering those bad experiences There are three city class hotels around the area,be careful to choose the right address

Simply Perfect

Very comfortable, very clean, gründlich and relaxed. Location is excellent.

The bedsheet was too small and slipped off the Mattressprotector making it necessary to readjust during the night. Remaking the bed so the Sheet didn’t slip meant the sheet was too Short. Only one pillow and very small bathtowels was a bit meagre but overall these were not a major issue. The Level of cleanliness and attention to Detail was much appreciated.

Location great, okay hotel

Location is great, okay sized room for two. Parking with special prices via the hotel (Haumarkt) that was close to the hotel

Said that the facility had air-conditioning, our first room had one that they had not maintenance served and they seemed to know about it from the start. Requested a new room and that air condition worked better but we had no nice view anymore. Breakfast was okay but not a lot to choose from at all. We also had in the first room spots on the pillow case and a silverfish IN the bed but these where dealt with.

Central clean and welcoming

Welcoming place, a 10 minutes walk to everything in the city center (cathedral, museums...) with many cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was impeccably clean and the bed really confortable

The only thing that bothered us is that we couldn't completely understand how the air conditioning worked.

The location is very good

On the hottest day of the year the cleaner had opened windows that was behind a big curtain that didn’t get opened,but the air con wouldn’t work so it was extremely hot unbearable really,just think we should of been made aware it was open

Great location, good breakfast, check on the AC situation.

Location was good. Easy access to tram lines, easy walking to river and cathedral, right on a square with lots of restaurants.

Unable to regulate temperature in room. AC would not come on during the night and the only option for cover was a heavy duvet. Our room looked out on a street corner where a party was singing until after 3:30AM so having an open window was also a problem.

We were given a disabled room - massive bathroom and hotel room, with great facilities.

Pillows were a nightmare, and it would be good to have tea/coffee making faciilties in the room.

Perfect location and view

My partner and I stayed in the junior suite and I would definitely recommend for the view of the cathedral. The bed was very comfortable but let down by thin pillows and the room was clean. The hotel is in a great location for food and drinks throughout the day as well as the main attractions and staff were friendly and helpful.

Having read the other reviews it seems other rooms had a fridge and better coffee making facilities. Considering we were told by staff we had the best room in the hotel, you would think there would be milk included with our coffees! There is also only hand soap and no other toiletries provided, just little touches that would make the room better.

great location, breakfast was wonderful, room was very clean but honestly a bit too small. I had to pay attention how i move around in order to not stumble upon things.

Even though the square was quite at night, right under the hotel there is a an irish pub and a group of youngsters were hanging out in the midnight talking very loud, signing, living life basically. I had to open the room and remind them that there is a hotel room right above them (which they were not really aware)

Lovely personnel, attractive premises, well located, very nice room.

Location of room overlooked Christmas market; it was clean and perfectly lovely.

Room was a bit on the small size and side tables difficult to access. But the room was fine. The food wasn't so good, at least what I had, but the service was top notch.

Prime location right at the center of the city. Nice-looking hotel with good facilities and clean rooms. Staff are very helpful.

Not a big deal for me cos I am a tiny human. But the room size is really small. Bathroom is nice tho, couldn’t complain.
