Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff and good location to central station and restaurants.
Air con in the room wasn’t great, but it was unseasonably hot!

Location was perfect, a top floor view of the cathedral. Room was comfortable with bath and separate shower. Breakfast was excellent Staff were friendly and helpful Coffee, tea and water facilties in room. Fridge in room.
Car parking was not with the hotel, it was a public multi story car park. It was a 10 minute walk away. Thus was misleading by booking.com.

Perfect location, right near the centre. Friendly reception staff.
I had a shower on arrival and found the shower gel was completely empty. The room was uncomfortably hot and affected our sleep. This was without any heating on. The pillow provided was very uncomfortable and further affected our sleep on the first night. We did then ask for a different pillow and this was provided.
