Clean, Professional
Chose twin rooms when booking but got doubles instead even though I specifically requested twins (for work colleagues). This should not be offered if they can't provide it, otherwise we would've gone somewhere else. Borders on deceitfulness.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was really nice and comfy, wish i'd gotten a room on a higher floor but was pleased with everything overall. Breakfast was good, staff was very nice and helpful with every request. I liked how the fridge was stacked with drinks and there were snacks ready to eat. And the bathroom, oh my god the bathroom was beautiful.
The sauna was not in service and the gym was pretty small.

The staff
Curtains had a hole, the bathroom had a metal door that doesnt closed.
I asked two nights for room service. The second time I had to go to reception for my food and the order was wrong and its microwave food.
