Overall a good stay but average breakfast and bar closed on Sunday was disappointing

Location was good, rooms were well appointed.

Breakfast was average, the muesli, the omelette was quite overcooked, avocado was raw. The staff could’ve been quicker and more refined. Bar closed on Sunday but where do the hotel guests go?! We went to Baur au Lac.

Spacious beautiful rooms with friendly staff. The location of the hotel was great and walking distance to the old part of town. The breakfast was excellent.

Just not a unpleasant stay at all..

Hotel is nice and clean also check in was smooth and the employees were polite in general..

we came for dinner to the restaurant after our long trip in the mountains and it was around 9:30 pm , then went to the restaurant and asked them if they are still open , the gentleman at the door said yes the restaurant open till 10:30 but only you can sit outside or lobby lounge he said.. Then we went up to the room showered and changed to have a nice dinner, when we arrived to outside part of the restaurant the employees weren’t really happy to see us and it was just still 10 pm , we said we would like to have dinner they said they closed but we can eat something in the lobby lounge then i said but your colleague told us you close @10:30 pm then she said let me call my manager then she came back she said please have a sit, then after no one brought the menu , then another waiter came he said but we are closing then i explained to him what we spoke with his colleague then he said ok, right behind him there was an African lady she came she said in a very rude way , you can have only drink but also you need to pay for it right away.. I was literally shocked.. i looked at her and said wow what a five star hotel and she didn’t even care.. Then we moved to the lobby lounge and explained this to the manager a lady, she apologized and try to give us a bootle of wine to our room but i didn’t accept it.. Then we had our dinner and left they complimented the two glasses of wine for us to show a gesture.. However im someone who has a hospitality background and worked with the best hotel chain in a management position this attitude definitely unacceptable and ruined all my good ideas about the hotel and the brand.. i would never stay again in this hotel.. Ps : On the way out when i went for the check out no one even cared to asked me how was my stay.. check in was very warm check out was very cold..

Nice hotel, but bad money accountant

The hotel charged me the amount for both rooms, which I already paid in booking.com. they said they didn’t receive any money from booking.com and that I have to contact Booking.com to reverse the transaction back to my account. They charged me twice and I still didn’t get my money back. Where’s my money???

Badly changed my perception of Park Hyatts.

Very disappointing as we arrived and already informed them of our arrival time. Room was not ready and while they couldn’t offer any additional rooms except with additional charge when we got our rooms they were not clean and all beddings were on the floor and chairs! Extremely disappointed at the service and experience they provide to their customers

It is an aging property and even to call reception or concierge had to call numerous times just for someone to answer.

A nice place to stay

Room was spacious. All hotel staff was very helpful and cordial. Ms. Muse and Mr. Alex at the front office were most helpful and responsive to our needs. Ms. Alpiger - Manager Guest Experience gave excellent recommendations to our queries. Mr. Jorge Cruz in charge of baggage handling always had a smile and was most efficient and attentive. Location of the hotel is convenient both for sightseeing and shopping.

Due to buildings all around the hotel, there is no view out of the window. Housekeeping was not consistent.

-staff at the reception and conceige ae extremely friendly and professional/very helpful for the further information -great location easy access to anywhere -extremely clean and modern facilities -breakfast is expensive but good at the value, we are happy

-breakfast menu arrangement a little confusing -first time breakfast is very pleasant staff cheerful/ second time breakfast the leading lady is not very friendly, guiding us to an unpleasant table, when we asked the service twice, she politely answered yes and nodding but we never get what we requested,

The food was exceptional. Simply outstanding. The best cup of coffee in the world! The concierge was wonderful , warm and very helpful The reception team were fast efficient and outstanding in their service to us . Very impressive team with personalised tour of the property provided to our family upon our arrival.

Fmily trip

Excellent hotel, with air conditioning that made a lot of difference during our stay, as we went in the summer and it was very hot in Zurich. Be aware that some central hotels do not have air conditionin. It is a 10-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse and a block away from restaurants and a market. The rooms are larges and the breakfast is amazing.

The price is really high, but the infrastructure justifies the value when compared to other hotels in this region.
