The bed was comfortable and the location useful for my work.

The bathroom was absolutely awful. Barely a properly functioning door for the lavatory; the sink was a foot away from the bed. It was not a proper bathroom. Very uncomfortable.

The wooden floors look great, but they make every move within the floor’s hallway and the room a bit noisy for your neighbors. I know it’s Zurich, but found it a bit pricey.

It is big cheater place

The staff is unfriendly. The room didn’t have a sofa bed as described and there was no real bathroom. It has a closet for the WC and closet for the shower and the water sink was in the middle of the room. The air conditioning gave us Alergy me and my wife. The breakfast was very poor. The elevator is very tight enough for one person and one full-size travel luggage and we had to make many trips up and down to bring our luggage to the room. The elevator was six steps up from the main entrance and we had to carry the luggage up these steps to get them to the elevator. The place is not qualified to be a hotel. It is a poor bed and breakfast place.

Convenient location but noisy as my room was facing the street.

Good location - short walk to lake and tram ride to old town. The room was big and bed was comfortable. Breakfast included. Coffee machine and water bottles in the room.

My room was facing the street, right above the tram line. It’s noisy from 5.30am to past midnight. The air conditioning unit started leaking on my last night. Hotel reception only opens from 7-11am. No phone in the room to call reception.

Nice little hotel, modern, clean, very central and well connected.

Very central and well connected to other parts of the city. Modern and clean, spacious bedrooms. Breakfast was great too. Reasonably priced compared to other structures in the area.

The third bed added to the room was really uncomfortable, the surfaces in the room were a bit dusty.

Great location and easily accessible by tram/street car. Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Easy to check in and out. Breakfast had many cheese , cold meat and fruit options.

Large, clean rooms and an awesome staff.

Awesome staff. Friendly, attentive, accommodating. Room size was great. Very clean boutique hotel with a cool vibe.

Air conditioning did not work the first night (E201 code). Error fixed the next day but the air did not blow very cool the second night (room did not get below 23 Celsius).

When we first arrived at the hotel, we couldn't find anyone to assist us; there was no staff available. Because of this, we had difficulty finding the parking area. It would have been even better if there was a minibar and slippers in the room

Excellent location. Appreciated coffee/tea etc in lobby during day. Helpful information re transport given before arrival. Excellent breakfast- served by particularly helpful, friendly and welcoming member of staff.

The location is amazing. The room was huge and the parking was reasonably priced.

The breakfast was ordinary, the staff were rude, The place was hot with no a/c working. You had to go up several stairs before you got to the elevator which was annoying with larger bags.

Nice area of the town; Easy access to transport around town; walkable to the water, restaurants, attractions. Friendly staff Great breakfast selection on a weekend day, but the day before was not as fresh. We enjoyed the made to order eggs, how you want it cooked Comfy bed and sheets

A gracious b&b in an ideal location for enjoying Zurich and its lake. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Excellent breakfast Close to public transportation and many restaurants.

Good location but expensive for a moderate hotel

The breakfast was great. They even made eggs to order. It was either a short tram ride or a long but nice walk to the tourist destinations.

Although bathroom facilities were included, we did not like that they were actually part of the bedroom. We prefer the traditional bathroom. The air conditioning was marginal and only acceptable late at night and early morning. The a/c system consists of a portable unit that is attached to an adjustable pipe that blows hot air out of an open window.

Great location in the middle of town within walking distance to the old town and a train station. Good options for breakfast, room was a great size and was good to have a coffee machine!
