Beautiful place but wouldn’t stay again due to poor sleep for two nights

The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was beautiful and a great location on the lake

We had reservations at the rooftop and we asked the receptionist at the ground floor about the smoking policy and positively confirmed. We sat and I lit up my cigar only to be approached by one of the attendants informing me that cigars are not permitted. I find strange if not offending that cigarettes which are made of chemicals are permitted while cigars which are made of finest Cuban tobacco is not.

A visit made perfect by this property

The property has most of the amenities expected in a luxury hotel. Staff are friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a nice experience every day. The roof bar is another beautiful place to enjoy a beverage while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Location is a plus for me because it meant I had to walk a few blocks to reach the shopping center in Zurich. I can’t say there was a single major thing that I did not like.

I traveled with my son to Zurich but this property does not cater to guests not sharing the same bed as there were no rooms with separate beds.

This boutique hotel in Zurich is the best place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every detail, from the luxurious room with a lake view to everything else. I will definitely be returning.

Didn't eat in the hotel or use the facilities as I was out everyday. Hotel was very clean and modern with nice touches. Staff were really nice.

very cool hotel

- small but grand - free minibar is always a plus - upgrade upon arrival appreciated - fridge was cold - the whole bathroom was incredible - location is good - tv was great - they gifted us hats that are beautiful - next to the opera house

- to my taste it’s was a little far from the center of action - house keeping staff should be a little considerate I just removed the don’t disturb button and all it took was 10 seconds for her to knock twice and open the door - dine In menu was a little simplistic I couldn’t order anything - the table and chairs in the corner room is annoying to sit on they remind me of wooden chairs that are used in cafes to force people to not overstay their welcome - when guests close their doors near our room we can hear the big boom inside our room
