Relaxing stay in central location

Super friendly reception, lovely and perfectly clean room, very comfortable bed, bathroom with wonderful Soeder toiletries, nice breakfast buffet. We loved everything about our stay!

Small, very helpful and friendly staff making it feel personal. Well styled and fitted out. Convenient for city centre and public transport. Walkable to Old Town with ease.

Limited dining options and the bar and restaurant are actually closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Beautiful & clean property!

Property is about .5-.8 miles from Zürich downtown but there is a city tram/train (2&4) that can quickly and cheaply get you downtown and to the train station. The hotel was great and near the river walk that can be used to walk to city central. Breakfast was fabulous!!

Not located in the city center, but easy to get a cab or take the tram back into city area or train station.

Nice staff and rooms

The staff was super friendly and the parking was easy. You need to ring the bell though for the staff to open the gate. Rooms are spacious and we like the balcony rooms a lot.

The last day we were there, they mixed up our room and gave us a room without balcony which we paid for. But after comforting the reception, they changed us to a good room. Overall, it's a very comfortable hotel.

Nice Hotel by the Lake with Excellent Customer Service!

Staff was the absolute best, breakfast was great, the room was quiet, but around 5h30 in the morning we were awaking by the tram --- we know that's not the hotel's fault, but it was annoying, Vietnamese restaurant 2 doors away was excellent and reasonablly priced

Prices in Zurich are getting crazy, Globus Bellevue was charging CHF 18.50 for an apple pastry with a CHF 6.50 cafe

Comfortable stay.

The Hotel is lovely, the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. They offered additional pillows, and a pillow menu. The staff at the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful.

The air conditioning unit does not have the capacity to service the room. The breakfast was underwhelming

Wonderful Stay Will Return

Hotel was kept very clean. Room was very comfortable and bedding was great. The breakfast and dining area with lots of windows was a great way to start the day. Location is great for lake exercise and tram service. Most importantly to note was staff at reception, housekeepers and breakfast service were very welcoming and professional, great team at this hotel. Thank you

The electricity in the room switched off including the lights when I tried to use the kettle. The coffee machine could also provide hot water so I used that instead. The staff switched the electricity back on straight away.

Adorable hotel with the friendliest staff and most delicious breakfast

Only stayed 2 nights, wish it was longer. Loved everything about this hotel. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel is so warm and inviting. The whole place is so clean, the beds are comfortable, the area is nice and the breakfast is AMAZING!! I have such high standards and this place really lived up to them. I will certainly be back.

The housekeeping schedule could be better coordinated, as room cleaning sometimes occurred at inconvenient times. Additionally, the entrance from the street to the parking area is quite narrow, which may pose a challenge for larger vehicles or less experienced drivers.

It was a quiet and a comfortable stay.

It is in a very good location, easy to walk everywhere. Quiet. Couple of good restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. We chose to have the breakfast. It was more than enough. Rooms were clean, big enough for short stays. But if you like bigger rooms go for superior room.

We had a great time!

The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us warmly and providing all the assistance we needed throughout our stay. The room had everything we were looking for—cool and comfortable with air conditioning. The bed was especially comfortable, with a mattress that gave us great support and a restful sleep every night. The shower was just right, with strong water pressure and hot water, making it perfect for relaxing in the tub multiple times. And yes, the breakfast was fantastic! We truly had a wonderful time during our stay. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to Lake Zurich, and only about 10 minutes on foot to the Stettbach Bahnhof, where you can catch a direct train to Zurich Airport in just four stops.

The only downside was the garage—it’s quite tight, which made maneuvering our 7-seater SUV a bit tricky. Something to consider if you’re traveling with a larger vehicle.

A wonderful place

This is a marvellous hotel, located in the Seefeld district, 3 tram stops away from the city centre. We got a rooftop room, with its own terrace and astonishing views of the city and the Alps. The staff was very kind and attentive. The breakfast were tasty and with plenty of options. The beds were very comfortable. The wi-fi was working flawlessly and without a need to re-enter the password all the time. All in all, a great place.

Location.

Could hear the trams going by. Could hear neighbours on both sides and above. Toilet flush from the room above goes through your room. Irritating. Ongoing renovations. NO LIFT!!! Restaurant and bar were closed. Breakfast was basic and served later than advertised. The staff do try to make it as comfortable as possible. But this Hotel should be closed till the renovations are completed!!!! Avoid if possible!!
