Hotel was intimate, luxurious and charming. Right in the heart of downtown Zurich, a close walk to everything, yet a secluded oasis feel. Room was on the small side but had great personality and was spotlessly clean. Amenities were from Grown Alchemist, a solid brand. Staff was incredible.

A very pleasant hotel in an excellent location behind the Opera House and near the Stadelhofen train station. Go on the roof to get a good view of Zurich and the lake. A very good breakfast...and all items in the fridge are complimentary.
It seems a bit pricey as the room was not very large.

Bed was comfortable.
No hotel staff there to greet guests. Reception area TINY and had to walk into the bar and ask waiter if he could find someone to check us in. When you turn off lights in room it turned off air conditioning, so VERY warm in room. Could not figure out how to get air working without lights on. Loud street. Small rooms. Would not stay here again.
