The hotel was next to the lake, it had a very professional staff members, all kind and smiling. The room was extremely nice and clean. I loved the interior design and the quality of the service we got. They gave us a complimentary cake for my honeymoon which was very kind and helped us with finding attractions and activities around Zurich. Its a quiet room too. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms and common parts and a great location. The in-house restaurant and bar is also really nice, particularly when it’s sunny and you can sit outside. Excellent staff both front and back of house.
The only negative is that the public laboratory, which services the restaurant and bar, is located in the basement, with only stairs for access and no lift.

Bed was comfortable.
No hotel staff there to greet guests. Reception area TINY and had to walk into the bar and ask waiter if he could find someone to check us in. When you turn off lights in room it turned off air conditioning, so VERY warm in room. Could not figure out how to get air working without lights on. Loud street. Small rooms. Would not stay here again.
