The Ac it was 22/23 degree ..the entrance was not comfortable because it’s stairs and we have baby stroller but they staff was helpful They said for us garden view - they don’t have garden- 🙃

they used my credit card with the total amount during the check-in as a pre-authorization, during the checkout, they do the process again without using the pre-authorization transaction, which case a block of the amount twice, and said that the pre-authorization will be deleted later!! (after 2 or 3 weeks i think).

It’s a cosy little hotel, good location and breakfast.

located in a quiet area, close to lake and old town. pleasant and helpful front desk. delicious breakfast.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable, it is sagging on the outer side so the bed surface is uneven, and my back couldn’t find a flat position, therefore didn’t sleep too well. Our dirty tea cup was not cleaned/replaced after room service.

Staff were amazing, breakfast delicious and the room was great! Even though the foot print was small, but he design is well thought of. One of the best rooms I stayed in!

Nothing to be honest other than the restaurant's closing time which is a bit early. However, I would like to point out that this is the norm in Zurich and room service s 24 hours.

quite dirty hotel with very small rooms

bad smell in the rooms. very small rooms. it was the first hotel I ever stayed in with an iron without water. I tried to iron my shirt for 30 min. used bottles in the room.

It was not greit but okay.

Room was nice and nicely decorated. Bed and pillowes were comfortably. Staff in the reception were very friendly.

Staff during the breakfast wasn't very friendly. I got the feeling that they were bored. Also plates and some other dishes were out and we had to ask for them. And juices too despite that the breakfast room was almost empty. Also the extra sandwich I ordered from the list was not very good.

it was everything we expected and more!

amazing staff, julia on the front desk was just an angel! we travelled with our kids and everyone at the hotel had something nice to give or tell them staff 10/10 and the hotel had the best location, rooms super clean, great decor, good restaurant recommend it 100%
