The rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Oscar in the bar. Mini bar was complementary.
Clearly the hotel is quite trendy and a little eclectic, but having the basin in the bedroom and not in the bathroom was a bit too different. No chairs in the room, only a window seat available.

Great location
Un-necessary and outdated deposit on check in. In 6 weeks of travelling Europe it was the only hotel to charge it. No mini bar and poor excuses as to the justification. Asked for manager and manager never responded. Dry urine on toilet seat and broken mirror after paying deposit on check in made us feel like we had hired a car and not like a home away from home. Nice hotel but we just felt we were treated like the customer of a dodgy hire car company. Very inconsistent with other Swiss hotels and very disappointing. Out of three hotels we stayed in Switzerland this was the one we looked forward to the most. Unfortunately it was the worst experience we had.
