Just a short walk from the HBF, perfect location.
A very quirky hotel with some really funky features.
Staff were very helpful and professional.
All good, only issue we could think of was that the lighting in the room could’ve had the option of being a bit brighter for my wife when getting ready for the evening.

Very cool design, great amenities, many good resources to help you explore Zürich, town guides, Bluetooth speaker, bag, drinks in room included, sauna and gym great, clearly their design team made an effort to make staying at this hotel an experience.
There was one street nearby that was kinda sketchy.

Great location
Un-necessary and outdated deposit on check in. In 6 weeks of travelling Europe it was the only hotel to charge it. No mini bar and poor excuses as to the justification. Asked for manager and manager never responded. Dry urine on toilet seat and broken mirror after paying deposit on check in made us feel like we had hired a car and not like a home away from home. Nice hotel but we just felt we were treated like the customer of a dodgy hire car company. Very inconsistent with other Swiss hotels and very disappointing. Out of three hotels we stayed in Switzerland this was the one we looked forward to the most. Unfortunately it was the worst experience we had.
