    We booked the apartment-type room and found it very comfortable for our family. The extra bed was actually a convertible sofa, but it was spacious and perfect for our 6-year-old child. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The only downside was that cooking odors tended to linger throughout the room since there was no window to open for ventilation. The apartment's ventilation system kept the room cool, but we were glad we had read previous reviews mentioning that fans could be requested. We asked for fans upon arrival, and the hotel kindly provided us with two fans, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The toilet and shower areas are separate, which can be convenient, although you'll need to coordinate their use if you're sharing the room. Also, like most hotels in Switzerland, there was no bidet, so it's best to be prepared for that. A nice touch was the complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water available near the reception area. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good amenities, especially for families looking for extra space and the convenience of a kitchenette.

    Not a good hotel as most of the things were not working and there were spider webs , sink not working , ac was not well , dustbin broken
