No safety at all, and the price definitely doesn’t reflect the quality of the accommodation

The only advantage is the location.

Unfortunately, there are many downsides: The apartment was dirty the poor cleaning was very obvious, especially in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. There were lighting issues in the bathroom the light worked at first but later went out completely, and I had to use a flashlight. The most shocking part was waking up to someone trying to open my door from the outside. Thankfully, I had locked it from the inside. When I went to the kitchen, I found a group of random people who clearly weren’t staying in these apartments. They said they had entered the wrong place by mistake, but they couldn’t show any booking confirmation or keys. I honestly have no idea how something like this could even happen. Saying I was shocked is an understatement. (Photos and videos attached below.) Overall, it was a very negative experience. Paying €220 for two nights definitely doesn’t match the quality or safety provided. I also have serious concerns about security, it later turned out that the same people had tried to enter other guests’ rooms as well. This was by far my worst accommodation experience in all my years of travel. If comfort and safety matter to you, I strongly recommend choosing another place. Based on my personal experience, staying here was an absolute nightmare.

Excellent Location, facilities and cleanliness.

The host is not as responsive as expected in need. Shared Toilet ( only one number) is absolutely inconvenient to cater to the needs of the persons of three Rooms in the apartment (considering three people in a Room) especially when bath and urinal are housed in the same toilet. A shared kitchen is not as much of a problem but keeping personal food items in the Common Refrigerator often created some confusion.

We thought it was a little confusing how we had to go to the back of the hotel for a key, but we managed. The inside was not bad at all. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially axi who worked at the front desk. She was really nice and because of her i would come back. I loved that there was an entire kitchen and living room too.If you were looking for a hotel with great hospitality, good staff, and a hotel on the cheaper side, this is perfect for you. 4.5/5 stars

Comfortabel, soms verrassend

Erg mooi dat we een heel apartment voor onze groep hadden, en dat we alles wel hierin konden doen. Prima voorzieningen (keuken, slaapkamers, wasmachine, badkamer). Naast viaduktbogen wel interessante locatie. Inchecken en uitchecken ging soepel.

Stopcontacten hadden geen plaats voor normale Europese laptopstekkers, maar misschien is dat iets Zwitsers. De oven moesten we 2(!) uur lang zelf met een idioot waterrecycle systeem laten stomen om schoon te maken (wat we niet konden overslaan) en om het halfuur dit water verversen, en dit moesten we ook nog uitvogelen met continue Franse instructies, waardoor we ons diner pas veel later konden klaarmaken.

Ich schlage vor, dass ein eigener Wasserkocher in jedem Zimmer besser wäre, da die Gemeinschaftsküche schnell überfüllt sein kann, wenn nur eine Person sie benutzt. Daher wäre eine Thermoskanne mit Tee in jedem Zimmer – zumindest in dieser Situation – sinnvoller. Vielen Dank.

Die Lage war gut. Die Matratze und das Kissen waren angenehm. Das Personal war nett und hat schnell auf schriftliche Anfragen sehr höflich geantwortet. Dank der Dreifachverglasung an den Fenstern hört man den Zugverkehr überhaupt nicht.

Die Zimmer sind alle Offen. Um in das Bad zu kommen muss man an einem anderen Bett vorbei. Der Tisch war klebrig und nicht sauber. Die Spühlmaschiene, die Waschmaschine und der Duschvorhang haben stark müfflig gestunken. Die Bettwäsche war aus reinem Poliester. Die Fenster waren ohne Vorhänge. Ein Zimmer hat überhaupt keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Ein Bett ist nur schwerlich über eine enge und steile Wendeltreppe erreichbar. In der Wohnung sind keine Shukosteckdosen, lediglich ein Adapter für die Nespressomaschiene
