I originally booked a standard room, but was pleasantly upgraded to a spacious family room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a window that provided good ventilation. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel's location is ideal—close to my workplace and surrounded by several late-night dining options. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, which made working remotely a breeze.
The only downside was the absence of a kettle in the room, which made it difficult to enjoy a morning cup of tea. Otherwise, a great stay overall.

Good property, loved the breakfast spread, one of the best in switzerland, tram station is right at the back of the property. Carlos at the front desk ensured we have everything sorted out and helped with storing our luggage etc.
