Amazing place to stay.

The room was exactly like in the pictures. Very modern, comfortable and clean. There is lots of tools you can use ( Kettle, coffee machine, pans, cutlery and so on) and there is extra towels, coffee pods if you need them.

Location is a bit far from the city center, however is well connected with transport links. The area of the hotel is not amazing, so if you’re traveling alone just be careful regarding few doggy bars nearby.

Really nice place to rest after a 30 hour journey

The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Super easy check in with door codes provided. Really easy to use the luggage storage after check out. Coffee machine and kitchenette was convenient. The other reviews mentioned it was a noisy bar area but we found it super quiet - maybe because we stayed during a weekday.

The location was a little bit further away from Zurich HB than I expected. A kettle in one of the rooms didn’t work and the shower was a little bit hard to figure out at first.

Value for Money Stay, would revisit.

Simple stay with needed facilities. Luggage storage after checkout. Affordable Laundry services. Easy check-in check-out. Slept fine, didn't have issues of noisy surroundings as complained by others, maybe because I stayed during weekdays in Autumn. Convenient communication through Whatsapp.

Nice apartment, nice breakfast, bathroom in hte rooms offer very little privacy.

The breakfast was nice, the room was well equipped with coffee and tea facilities and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a good location close to the city centre and qas easy to access.

The breakfast system was very confusing as you needed to order the day before each day, and we missed this small note in one of the many emails we received. The room was nice, but the bathroom in the room is terrible. It is semi-transparent glass walls, and a door that doesnt lock or close properly, meaning you can basically see inside the bathroom from outside, and there is no noise privacy. It needs a proper wall and door.

Exceeded my expectations! Awesome experience

This place exceeded my expectations! We arrived earlier than expected and needed to use a bathroom. One lady staff was so kind to let me use the staff bathroom as it was an emergency. Then after a few minutes we were allowed to check in earlier as the room was ready and we need not leave and come back again. It saved us time and we were able to rest after a long train ride before starting with the sightseeings. Check in with the app and the door code was super easy. The room itself was new modern and digital. It was clean, big windows and natural light and complete with facilities like a hob, pots and pans for cooking, plates, utensils, etc. We saved money as it had everything we need to cook some simple meals. Even the bed and pillows were comfy and we had good rest during the nights from the day tours we did. The location was accessible and near the bus stops.

No reception area to sit in case the guests needed to wait or a toilet for people waiting. Not enough lockers in the locker room and it was too small plus the laundry area was crowded. The location was safe but just near nightclubs and bars

Bright & airy.

The room was clean. Mattress was comfortable. Staff was very attentive & friendly. Love the big windows & brightness. The Nespresso coffee maker was wonderful. Early September & we opened the windows for the clear crisp air. The sound of the trains & from the cafes nearby didn't bother us as we were expecting it. After all, we are in the city center of Zurich.

Tv has 2 remote controls & very confusing to make the TV work. I. The end tv didn't work, but it wasn't too much of a problem for us as we went touring most of the time. I would recommend for the management to simplify the operation of the TV. One remote control would be better & less confusing.

Could have been a lot better

Modern room with small kitchenette, good shower and comfortable . The laundry facilities were excellent once you had downloaded the app.

The location is not just ‘lively and diverse’ it is in a red light district with pimps, drunks and people with drug addictions on every corner. The TV was not programmed with any TV channels, we were told that someone would assist but nobody did. As international travellers we, wrongly, assumed that the plug sockets would be standard European but no Switzerland has its own unique sockets. Why in a clearly recently appointed apartment there are no USB sockets is a surprise. Again despite the offer of assistance, which never materialised, we had to search for an electrical shop so we could charge our devices . Overall a disappointing stay and expensive compared to neighbouring countries visited, for such a comparative small space.

Three day getaway

Room was exceptionally clean, the kitchenette had everything I needed to fix simple meals for a couple days. The soap in the bathroom was very nice

The fan was weaker than I would've preferred, given that there is no room-by-room A/C control. Was never hot, but the fan did have trouble circulating the air in the room

Decent accomodation in Zurich

The room was clean. It has good sound insulation. I could see the trains passing at 60 metres, but I could not hear them. The access PIN was delivered in time, so I could enter my room without any difficulty.

The Numa apartments are far from tourist objectives. Bathroom is practically a part of the room separated by glass. The floor of the shower cabin is made of shiny tiles, which means slippery. The ventilation of the bathroom was not working, and the steam was not evacuated. My contact was through AI, which did not understand all my questions, but when the problem was serious, it transferred me to a human operator (again by WhatsApp). So, my assessment of staff is lowered by the use of AI.

Good for short stay, but lacks in size.

Good location although it is very close to Red Light District, supermarket and gym I needed was walking distance. Good comfortable bed.

Comparing to other Numa apartments I have stayed in another counties the size of the room was very small. Also the blinds were temperamental, didn’t work properly. Pillows too soft. Also no air con.

Lovely small apartment room that is very comfortable. The tea and coffee provided were really nice. We had a a great stay. The only downside was the room was very warm so we had to keep the window open at night and there is a bar opposite which is a bit noisy.

The location of the property was really its a short distance away to places that tourist would visit. Trains and tram are just few minutes away and restaurants are every where. It is a safe location too.

Pillows didn’t have pillow cases on arrival. They had an essential closet area downstairs but there were no pillow covers on that day. We had to report it and they made it available next day

Super! It was the best place to stay for the business trip!

the hotel is very close to the main station, 10 minutes walk, the house is renovated, everything is perfectly clean, there were free drinks in the fridge, snacks on the table, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large with all the necessary stuffs :)

The air conditioner did not function properly, so it was somewhat hot, the district is a bit noisy, but if you close the window you don’t hear anything, however, it becomes hot :(

Cuando llegamos hacía un frío tremendo y al entrar el proceso de checkin fue muy sencillo, no hay personas que te reciban, pero las instrucciones fueron claras. El piso contaba con calefacción, el lugar muy limpio, ofrecían earplugs, café, electrodomésticos y notas por la habitación para instrucciones básicas, como por ejemplo que el agua de la canilla era potable. Los productos de shampoo, acondicionador y jabón eran de excelente calidad, hasta los busqué en Amazon pero no encontré. Contaban con espacio para las maletas, WiFi rápido, opciones de lavandería (pago aparte y con la app). La cama era absolutamente cómoda. Poco ruido por la noche a pesar de estar en un subsuelo, no se sentía la sensación de encerrado. La ducha tenía una presión excelente. Es todo autogestión y muy intuitivo.

Das Studio war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war da. Wasserkocher, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und ne kleine Küche. Trotz der Nähe zur Langstrasse war es super ruhig !

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit Abzügen durch die Lage

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich. Es gab einen offenen Schrank, der viel Ablagefläche bot. Das Bad war ebenfalls modern und sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und der Küchenzeile war gut und es fehlte an nichts (Handtücher, Shampoo, Conditioner, Seife, Fernseher, Kochutensilien, Herd, Töpfe, Teller, kleiner Tisch usw.). Die Ausstattung ist genau für 2 Personen gedacht (2 Teller, 2 Messer etc.). Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, da man sehr schnell zu Fuß eine Bushaltestelle, Bäckereien, Bars und Supermärkte erreichen kann. In ca. 10-15 Minuten kann man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln im Zentrum Zürichs sein. Es gibt keine Rezeption oder Mitarbeitenden im Hotel, was allerdings überhaupt nicht gefehlt hat. Durch E-Mails und WhatsApp Nachrichten des Hotels wurde man im Vorfeld über alles informiert und bekam den PIN Code sowie WLAN Passwort für das Hotel. Sehr effizient und einfach. Zudem gab es die Möglichkeit, kostenlos das Gepäck vor dem Check In und nach dem Check Out aufzubewahren und einzuschließen. Dies war sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Numa Zürich Turi Hotel. Der Preis war super für das, was man bekommen hat. Gerne hätte ich noch eine weitere Nacht dort übernachtet. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer nicht so ansehnlichen Gegend Zürichs. Vermutlich handelt es sich hier um das Rotlichtmilieu (Ecke Langstraße, Schöneggstraße), welche zusätzlich durch Baustellen und heruntergekommene Läden geprägt ist. Selbst bei Tag waren dort fragwürdige Personen unterwegs. Bei der Anreise war ich etwas erschrocken, denn in den Bewertungen des Numa Zürich Turi Hotels wurde bisher nur eine belebte Gegend beschrieben, in der viele Bars und dementsprechend ein erhöhter Lärmpegel nachts vorzufinden sei. Dies persönlich habe ich nicht so wahrgenommen, nachts war nichts zu hören. Für Personen, die alleine reisen, insbesondere Frauen, würde ich von dieser Gegend eher abraten und eine andere Gegend der Stadt aufsuchen. Zu zweit hatten wir allerdings keinerlei Probleme und wir sind auch abends rausgegangen. Die relativ zentrale Lage hat uns gefallen. Die Tür des Badezimmers konnte nicht richtig schließen, weshalb diese immer um ein paar Zentimeter offen stand. Mich persönlich hat dies nicht gestört, könnte aber für manch andere Person als störend empfunden werden. Der Fön sowie der Wasserkocher funktionierten nicht. Andere Elektrogeräte wie die Mikrowelle (oder das eigene Glätteisen) dagegen funktionierten wie gewöhnlich. Die Küchenzeile war sehr klein, hat keinen Backofen und ist wirklich nur für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Dies hat uns nicht gestört, denn wir konnten damit trotzdem einfache Gerichte zubereiten.

Betten top. Lage ganz ok. Ca. 10 -15 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Balkon daher schöne Aussicht über Zürich Check in und der Rest über online klappt perfekt

Die Größe als auch die Ausstattung sind modern und passend. Küche ist mit Geschirr für 2 ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner und Bodylotion. Checken erfolgt über eine App.

Die Lage im Partyviertel schreckt erstmal ab, aber die Fenster sind dicht. Das Bad mit Milchglas ist recht ungewöhnlich. Geräusche der Begleitperson sind hörbar aus dem Bad. Etwas Vertrautheit miteinander kann vorteilhaft sein. Frühstück war mäßig und wird morgens halb vor der Zimmertür abgestellt, kein Frühstücksraum.

我们这次瑞士之行，在这家酒店分3次预定，一共住了6天。其中4天是大房型，比较满意，2天的小房型不太舒服，太小，而且分配的房子外面就是垃圾桶。酒店位置不错，去苏黎世主火车站不远，方便搭乘火车。酒店是自助check in, 需要上传护照等照片。楼下有自助存包。小厨房有胶囊咖啡机，还有胶囊咖啡以及茶包，可以在附近的超市买食物，楼下还有好几家餐厅。我很喜欢酒店的枕头，比较适合颈椎不好的人。

Teuer, aber guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Komfortables, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Gut zu erreichen vom Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen. Diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Im Keller ein Schrank mit Essentials und großen Gepäckschließfächer sind ein tolles Angebot.

Es war ein Eckzimmer mit 2 Fenstern wovon man aber nur eines öffnen konnte, so dass die Lüftung schwierig war. Zusätzlich hatte das Bad hatte keine eigene Lüftung und musste zum Zimmer gelüftet werden. Das Badezimmer war ein Milchglaskasten und man konnte von jeder Position im Apartment alles aus dem Bad sehen und hören. Der Preis ist zwar ortsüblich, aber eine Unverschämtheit. Für 1 Woche Aufenthalt zahle ich hier so viel wie 2 Monatsmieten meiner 3x so großen Wohnung zu Hause.
