High floor without elevator and no air conditioning

A clean and presentable room.

Location was aweful. If you’re young you probably happy to be near the red light district with noisy bars, people and cars outside your window. It wasn’t for me. Equally, revellers coming in at 2/3am talking loudly outside your room wasn’t ideal.

The restaurant downstairs is open 24 hrs. It was close to train station. Hotel was clean.

Air conditioning would be nice. Bathroom sink was hard to access because of shelf above it.

The price.

The owner is a grumpy old man. It’s in a sketchy part of the city, there was a riot in front of the building. Staff do not smile.

Probably the most overpriced, least friendly hotel I have ever visited. Location is convenient to train station, but in a seedy part of town. Definitely not recommended for families. The tiny room had a kitchenette but no cookware, utensils, or glasses. Owner said " bring your own". There was no room cleaning or towel change in 4 days. The check-in procedure is all automated and the hotel owner ( no staff) offered no assistance at all, just pointed to a machine. 5 hours after checkout, the hotel attempted to charge my credit card for the full amount of the stay, even though I paid in full in advance.

Easy access to the station and bed was comfortable. Easy to check in.

Stairs could be a problem if you are older or lugging bags…ask for 1st floor…we were on 3rd! Also a little noisy outside but we were there on a Sat night.

The hotel is above a bakery and so you can choose pastries and coffee

Easy to check in, nice clean room for short stay for good price.

Not the best area if you’d like to have a quiet stay. Seems like party-area of Zurich with not the safest neighbourhood.

Extremely hot rooms with no air flow and holes in the walls and ceiling. The bar across the street was open until 6 am with people screaming all night and loud music. After the bar closed they all came into the hotel lobby.

Clean, got everything you need, but beware summer travelers - there is NO air conditioning.

Safe place to shower and sleep after long haul flight. Could walk to train to start our adventure. Able to buy breakfast downstairs.

It was affordable and flexible check-in time. Below the hotel is a cafe, so you can directly buy some drinks and snacks right below.

The location is near a party district. The walls are not soundproof, so you could hear the neighbour (or other hotel guests) yelling very loudly in the morning, even slamming the door.

The room was clean and it had a kettle. There is no elevator.

The area is full of drugs (you can smell weed all around) and "red lights" In our booking it was included European breakfast. Actually the breakfast was two little breads, a tiny bowl with yoghurt, a piece of marmalade, a small scoop of margarine( which they told me it was butter) and a coffee of their choice. No ham no cheese no fruits. I told that i can't drink the coffee with cream they gave me and asked for another coffee. The lady who said she was the owner denied to give me another coffee and when i protested that this was not a breakfast she replied that this is the breakfast they offer in Swicherland. What a joke. I really get furious when they treat me as i am an idiot.It was 8 o clock in the morning and we were arguing over a coffee because her system is " i offer this crap and if you want something else you have to pay for it". It is obvious that she is a miserable and sad creature that offers negative vibes. Or maybe she just came out of a cave and doesn't know how to behave. But this "lady" forgets that we our customers and we had paid. That we are travelers and we want to spend s good time. The reason i chose this hotel apart the proximity to the train station was the breakfast. There are cheaper hotels closer to the centre. She is the worst person i met through all these years i travel. Of course we didn't bother to take a breakfast the second day.You can check all the reviews i have made and see how easy person i am. I need no more than the basics. This is the first negative review i make. SHAME ON YOU! I will inform BOOKING because this is misleading.

Confortable and clean and tidy bed. Located near Zurich HB,like ten to fifteen minutes walk. Clean bathroom

My room was forth floor, may be this is only case in that room, but the window in that room can’t be closed completely so you can hear the noisy sound from outside

Staff are all friendly and so supportive. The hotel is new and also clean. Location is great too. Ground floor cafe is open 24/7. Central train station and bus station are accessible even on foot.

Bathroom has been shared with another room who has 2 to 3 persons in that other room. One can not knock their door to ask who goes next. If it's one room of 3 using 1 bathroom, we can easily know if it's empty or occupied. If you need dedicated one, please do not book dormitory.

Lovely upstairs double room in an interesting small hotel, with friendly staff. Located 4 bus stops on the 31 bus from the main train station, with the bus stop a 1 minute walk from the hotel and not far from Zurich, the hotel is in a good location. The hotel is secure and aacces to the upstairs level is by way of a keycard, which is used to open the downstairs, door, upper level security door and the door to the room. The largish roomed contained a comfy double bed, with bed sheets, duvet and several pillows. 2 desks, a kettle free tea and sugar and another desk to put bag with coat hangers high above. Plug socket on each side of bed, plus a large wooden chair. Both hand and bath towels are included in the room price. En-suite good size bathroom, with good shower, sink and toilet. Free toilet paper included, hand soap on sink. Small rubbish bin in bathroom. Free good speed WiFi in room. 24/7 reception. Small bakery in hotel, sells hot-cold sandwiges, coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast is extra and costs 9.8 Swiss Francs per person, roughly 10.5 Euros. A hair drier is available on request.

Had to pay for coffee, even though tea was free. No lift/elevator to upper floors. card machine to pay for the room has no tactile buttons, so is unaccessible for visually impaired people, like myself and my partner. Only 1 bin in room.

The hotel is pretty clean and new with everything that you need , great location near zurich hb. The host is very friendly, attentive and helpful. There is a very good bakery in the ground. The breakfast is delicious, a gourmet breakfast, everything was perfect..

Justo frente a la ventana hay un bar que estuvo toda la noche del sábado abierto y desde la habitación se escuchaban todos los ruidos y conversaciones hasta que salió el sol el domingo. Imposible dormir.

PÉSIMO EL PEOR HOSPEDAJE DE TODO ZÚRICH, la cama MANCHADA, las paredes también, el baño SUCIO llegamos y salimos esa misma noche no podíamos quedarnos en ese lugar. NO es nada parecido a las fotos. Es una ESTAFA

Todo en pésimo estado, empezando por las sábanas de la cama se notaba que nisiquiera las habían cambiado o lavado adecuadamente. Nosotros habíamos hecho la reserva porque quedaba un poco más cerca al aeropuerto pero tuvimos que irnos porque el lugar era tan sucio que no lo soportamos ni una sola noche. Fue horrible tener que buscar alojamiento en ese mismo momento, por suerte había uno cerca pero hubiera sido terrible tener que movernos con nuestras mochilas a las 9 pm que llegamos al hospedaje a otro lado. NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ

Huele a cigarrillo, no esta bien limpio, la calefaccion no calienta y se esucha todo el ruido de las demas habitaciones
