One of The coffee shop staff were very bad in behavior!
They don’t want to help if someone new to self checking!
Mostly bad part is no lift in the hote.
Difficult to take luggages up!

I will not recommend this hotel if you have big luggage with you because they do not have lift. Imagine you have to carry your big luggage up. No one is there to help you. And room is relatively small and we can't even open our luggage. They have big balcony but it was dirty and no one clean it. Hence, I think for comfy stay, please do not choose this hotel. That area seems to be a little complex as you will see many policemen around. I do not feel safe. The only great thing here is the bakery downstairs!

I am 49 years old and I have not stayed in such a nonsense like this one. This was the worst hotel I have ever been. The rooms were nothing like the photos and there was nothing in the rooms, not even a trash can! They didn’t say anything about the toilet situation so we thought that it was normal but we shared bathrooms with I don’t know how many people and It is not hygenic for women! The self check in was completely nonsense and it was confusing. The location was one of the worst! They said that it was a good location but the whole street was full of drug addicts and casinos and night clubs! The worst experience I ever had so please don’t stay here if you care about yourself. I had one child and he was traumatized seeing all the drug addicts and those weird shops. IT WAS THE WORST EVER.
