Very nice would come again to stay here
Warm rooms, en suite and comfortable beds and big rooms. Close to the center within walking distance as well! Cute pubs and cafes nearby
Check in was a bit delayed due to miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel so this needs to be made better!

Good value, very clean, good location, loud music from the restaurant till 2 am
No breakfast
7.0 / 10.0
it is OK for me but more improvements needed
the shower is good (high water pressure likes a waterjet)
very weak or even no wifi (it will cut off by 5 minutes), lighting is dark, no lift (only stairs), no kettle for boiling water. In short, it is not suitable for any traveller who looking for a hotel with strong wifi, and someone who is no good to walk & lift the luggages upstairs
7.0 / 10.0
Good for one night stay
Self check in, the room had all essentials, good for one night stay
Price, but I guess it is normal for Zurich.
No elevator - be ready to walk on the 4th floor.
My room was top floor, under the roof. Since the bed took most of the room space, in order to access the window I had to squeeze between the bed and the tilted ceiling, repeatedly hitting my head. Not the best experience

I am very grateful to the hotel manager here for helping me open the broken lock.
Location is good, Providing luggage storage service is great, with plenty of space for suitcases, and the room’s bed is tidy and clean.
The service phone provided could not be reached, which is a drawback, but I was able to contact their staff directly by email, and they responded promptly. Free Wi-Fi service is available, but the phone could not connect to the wireless network. There is no luggage elevator service, and since the luggage is very heavy, carrying it up the stairs is really dangerous.

Perfect place to stay for 2 people if using as a base
Easy to find
Basic but what needed
Coffee machine appreciated
Free luggage room with lockers
Clean
Check in was easy
Was on 4th floor, no lift but thankfully we are fit
6.0 / 10.0
Decent for the price but less suited for older people or those have young children.
Close to main train station, relatively economic, decent WiFi and clean.
No lift for people - difficult for young and old people if one gets a room on the higher floors (like us). The luggage lift was defective when we were there, so ha bc e to carry luggage to top floor.
Many free TV channels didn’t work.
No fan and can get quite hot.
No staff on site.

Welcome to the Hall of Shame – EasyHotel Zurich, the Gold Standard in How NOT to Run a Hotel
Nothing.
As someone who’s spent 20 years circling the globe, staying in everything from 5-star suites to hammocks in the Amazon, I can confidently say: EasyHotel Zurich, Zwinglistrasse, has set a new global benchmark — for absolute rock-bottom hospitality. Congratulations, EasyHotel, you’ve earned a well-deserved lifetime membership in the All-Time Hall of Shame.
Let’s start with the “service” — and by service, I mean the complete and utter absence of it. No reception, no staff, no help, not even a ghost of a human to ask directions from. Need assistance? Good luck! Their helpline is basically an elaborate prank — it rings into a black hole of unresponsiveness. I’ve had better luck getting a signal on a mountaintop in Mongolia.
Now let’s talk about the pricing. Somehow, they manage to charge Zurich-level luxury prices for what feels like a prison cell — minus the charm. The room comes equipped with the tiniest bathroom imaginable, so cramped you could brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet (if that’s your thing).
Storage? Don’t be silly. There's no place for your suitcase, or even your dignity.
International standards? Not even close. I’ve seen hostels in rural villages that offer more professionalism and comfort. It’s shocking that platforms like Booking.com still allow properties like this to operate unchecked. If there’s any accountability left in the online booking world, this place should be reviewed, flagged, and ultimately delisted.
A warning to fellow travelers: Do not waste your money here. There are better places to sleep — like the airport floor or a park bench. At least there, you won’t have to deal with the insulting illusion that you’ve booked a hotel.
To summarize: No staff. No service. No facilities. No value. Just an overpriced, poorly run, soulless shoebox disguised as a hotel.
EasyHotel Zurich – where “easy” means easy for them to take your money and vanish.

Atleast turn the ac for your guests comfortable stay. They were travelling for leisure atleast and they paid for it.
Its near to station.
Its small, there is no ac. They will turn on and off the ac every 3 minutes. And we were on the 4th floor. We asked the girl if there is an elevator . She said no . But when we were settled in the room , the one in the booking said there is a luggage elevator . We could have put our luggage there and sent upstairs. We can walk up atleast without the luggages. The washroom is too tight . I even got a lump as i hit my head in the counter while scrubing my legs.

Maybe for a short stay
It is not easy to get from the train station to the hotel if it is your first time in Zurich. It is kind of confusing, but once you find it, it is about 10-15min walk from the main station. I thought I had asked for a lower level room because I read there are no elevators (just for luggage), but got assigned a room on the 4th floor. My sister has problems with her legs so she called the manager and asked to be relocated. He came out in a couple of minutes and was very nice and accommodating. They only had one room on the ground floor available and had given us the 4th floor because the ground floor did not have a/c (there was a heat wave in Europe in June). We said we preferred the heat to the stairs, so he gave us the room and a standing fan.
The first room we saw was small, no table, no chair, and the bed was very low. The 2nd room was a bit bigger and it had a table and a cube that could be used as a chair or a table, but the bed was also very low. We didn't stay much in the hotel so the heat was not a problem, but we couldn't open the windows because there was no protection and we were on the ground floor. There are free lockers to keep your luggage after check-out which can fit a large suitcase.
The location is like in the middle of a nice area and a shady area, it depends which way you walk. We didn't get to the hotel after dark and wouldn't have done it just because there wasn't a lot of people walking around so it might not be so safe.
I found the price to be too high for the room we got. I understand Switzerland is expensive, but it was the highest price I paid in Europe (9 hotels) and the one I liked the least. The position of the bathrooms is weird so doors in both rooms hit something when opening them. The top of 1st door hit a part of the wall and the 2nd door hit the bed.

Couldn't wait to leave.
Location good for Railway Station
NO LIFT. We were up 73 stairs. No A/C in our room. Toiletries were only tiny soap, and pump hair/shower gel in shower. V small area containing wc, sink and shower which you had to step up into. It was all clean...congratulations to staff re. that aspect as it must be awful to keep clean and make bed.
Luggage lift clearly labelled 'At your own risk' and on inspection didn't feel we could risk it. So that's luggage up and down 73 steps. In our 70s and one of us with slight mobility impairment.
TV not working.

Love the concept
Love the self check-in. Size of the room was very appropriate.
The mattress was equivocal to sleeping on the ground. Very noisy street. The bathroom is a large port-a-potty; everything gets wet.

I would look for something else next time
When I was selecting the hotel, my primary point was to be close to the event and central station, as I do not want to spend too much time commuting. That was OK, a bit off main streets but that works good for me. Both places were in walkable area. Mind the breakfast options around are limited and you need to go a bit further to grab something.
I got a room on the last (I think 5th? floor) and there is no lift available. Usually I do not mind stairs, but I can image people having problems with that. Also rooms are a bit small, there was a very little space to move around the bed, and not even a single (excluding very little night table) furniture to put belongings on it.
Also, bathroom was so small that even turning around is causing issues, and when taking the bath everything, despite curtains, was wet.

One night in Zurich
Good location close to the main station and pleanty of dinning options around
Room was very basic as expected but shower was broken and there was obsoletely nothing extra provided, not even a soap in the bathroom. Very expensive for what it was.

Convenient distance to the train station.
Ok, not to far from station. You get a bed, not more but ok.
Terribly hard beds. We were in pain for days after.

Unforgivingly terrible...
Kinda cheaper than other places, I guess.
Terrible service and design!! They allow us to check-in until 11PM, but they closed the luggage room and luggage lift at 8PM. Luckily, we still can access the luggage room using our key cards (which they NEVER tell us), but we ended up having to carry 4 big luggage bags (each weight around 25 kg) by ourselves from the ground floor to the 4th floor USING STAIRS.
And that's not all! The next morning, we came back from shopping and tried using the luggage lift, which is now open. The staff came and ordered us to bring our stuff out of the lift and he used it even though we came first. We even got everything inside the lift already. We ended up carrying everything upstairs again. And when we tried to bring the luggage down the stairs, the staff called the lift to the other floor instead even though our stuff was in there.
For the rooms, well, it's small as expected. But since it's on the top floor, the ceiling is sloping down and we hit our heads several times. The bathroom is kinda bad. Shower curtains is too short, which cause the water to spill. And the light bulbs are flickering and I almost got epilepsy because of it.
Easily 0/10 and will never come nor recommend this to anyone

Pathetic
There was absolutely nothing to be liked
I booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child. I got one bed (probably 140x200) and one blanket for all of us. The bathroom was like the one on ships/cruise which was somehow made inside the room and was highly compact.
This hotel is an absolute disaster

Tiny and Noisy
The shower pressure was good and it was cheap for Zürich.
This accommodation was very noisy - we heard every word from the street below. We stayed on a Friday night so it was noisy all night.
The room is tiny and the bathroom was only separated from the bedroom with frosted glass.

Exceptional
I like the concept of this hotel. It's really "easy hotel" :) Staff answered all my online questions in the fast manner. I like the fact that it was really easy to do checkin, to use luggage lockers, and to get all information at the online checkin desk. Price was good for what you get. It's located in the nice area, close to the main train station and city center, so you can reach main lamdmarks by foot. It was clean.
