The bed was comfortable, the balcony was great, the washroom was comfortable, and the towels were big and nice. Overall, it was very good!
It would be helpful to have table or chair or something to put yoru stuff other than only two hangers. Also, I would add two extra pilows

Perfect budget hotel
We tried to check in at 3.10pm and were told “to wait 40 minutes as the room wasn’t ready” even though check in was from 3pm.

It was super noisy both during the day and night! The walls are super thin and I could hear a couple next to me making love or going to the toilet during night
