A cautious example and trap to avoid in future.

To be honest, nothing. A terrible and wrong choice to stay here. I was frozen to wake up in the midnight.

Only a bed and a simple bathroom in the room. Nothing else. No chair to sit, no table to work. And they don't turn on heating in such a cold season! That is why I was frozen to wake up in the midnight and write this comment now. I didn't even know this is just an empty fully self check-in house a few hours before my check-in. Fortunately that I checked their notice email before I left last place with wifi connection, otherwise I would have had a torturing lesson arriving here without any net connection nor local phone call function, especially no any human to reach in this place! By the way, some hair found on bed sheet. I doubt if they factually changed it after last visitor.

Nothing, really don't waste your money

Absolutely terrible place. Nothing at all in the room except for the bed, not a single little table or chair or anything for the luggage. The bed frame had dust and glass marks, the toilet was gross and tiny. Someone before us must have dropped something against the wall and the marks were still there. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, we woke up with a backache ever day.

Overall, the prize matches the quality.

The check-in and check-out procedures are very easy. The staff gives you in advance all the necessary information. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Zurich Central Station and 30 minutes from the city center.

The room wasn't clean. There were spiders inside. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms and in the summer is quite hot.

Hotel point is well there are lot of public transport.

It was not clean when I checked on my be I saw dirty yellow spot. Also I stayed family room but it was not enough big. Bath was not enough too. We did not wash my face because sink was not enough big. I did not find my expectation.

Good cheap option for one night stay

The room was spacious, clean, good location in the centre, easy check in process. Price was very attractive considering location, comfort and last minute booking.

It was a hot day and the room gets really hot. There is a very poor fan, which makes barely any difference. The bathroom was very narrow, only for slim and short people. The ground floor room window is on the street so you must have window closed and covered with courtains at all time.

Very rude staff when needing to contact them - hoping this was more of a miscommunication/language barrier but very disappointing. The room was also incredibly warm compared to the rest of the building - it was also way way cooler outside. The bathroom didn’t really seem like it had been cleaned either.

It’s close to the city center.

It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. Plus, the room was very noisy as you could hear not only people passing by the street and talking out loud but also trains coming every 10 minutes on the railway track right beside the hotel.

Perfect location for our visit. Clean room. You only get 2 coat hangers and no storage for clothes. Not somewhere you would spend a great deal of time. It's really just somewhere to sleep, rest, and shower.

Nothing

The bathroom is super small. I meant, it is even smaller than bathroom in Tokyo. The hotel is far away from everything. There is no parking, no hot water, no coffee maker, no AC in the room. I paid $2.5 for a 30cc cup of hot water, ridiculous. The room is next to a train rail and there are constructions going on. The loud noise from construction and the train kept me up all night. There is no staff on site. You have to email them to find out information. It’s not worth the money. I would not recommend and will not book this hotel again.

A good stay!

The room was really nice! Comfortable and the location is really nice. Easily accessible by public transport or cab. They provide free locker services which are based on availability and they answer pretty quickly if we have any questions. There are also vending machines that have really good hot chocolate, coffee and personal hygiene kits.

The room lacked storage space which made it very difficult for us to store luggages. The bathroom was also small.

Our Stay

The hotel was very expensive and not worth it. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There was no staff to help with checking in. We had cockroaches in our room. There is no AC and no fan either. Our bedding was not clean and appeared used as there were stains. Very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Disappointing stay, especially considering the price

- Good Wi-Fi - TV with Netflix (although the placement was poor; it was too close to the bed, owing to how small the room is) - The bed was comfortable - USB ports on each side of the bed - Large wet room, with decent shower

- That it’s entirely self check-in; I never saw a member of staff during my stay. Call me old fashioned, but I personally prefer to be able to deal directly with staff, especially if there are any issues - It’s a long walk from the train station, through not a great neighbourhood - Our room faced onto a courtyard, which was somewhat nice, until there were lots of young children screaming at the top of their lungs for hours until late - There is no AC or even a fan and it was very hot, so we had to have the window open; this was then an issue considering the noise mentioned above - Very small room - Sink in the bedroom, not in the bathroom. Personal preference, but I would rather wash my hands straight after the toilet, before touching doors etc to get into the next room

I wanted to give it a 10

Perfect for a family for one night. We flew into Zurich late and had an early train out to Interlaken. The hotel sits in a perfect location between the airport and the train station with the train stopping in front of the hotel. We loved the self check in, food and beverage vending and the ability to make our own keys. Our room was spacious and clean with a full bed for us and twin beds for our children.

We took the elevator to the top floor on a cool rainy night around midnight, and our room was about 30 degrees (86 ish Fahrenheit). We opened the window, but there was no breeze. We pulled one mattress from the other room to under the window so one of our children could sleep. The trains blew by every few minutes making it hard to sleep, and at 7:00 construction started near the tracks, so the workers installed an alarm/siren that went off as each train approached for safety. We slept maybe 5 hours in the noise and heat.

the toilet bowl was leaking in the first room appointed, the toilet had stains of the previous guest in the second appointed room. the room was very very dirty. No safety by entering the main entrance of the hotel because there is not enough space in front of the entrance. not enough space in front of the lift especially if fire breaks out.
