It’s a self check-in process, so dropping off your bags before check-in likely isn’t an option—unfortunate for most travelers, frankly.
Our room key code wasn’t useable til the 3pm check-in slot—which we didn’t get until we called the help number a few times. Other guests told us the same. That process could absolutely be smoother and more accommodating (something that would be, were there someone working at the counter in the lobby.)
Overall—it’s a cheap, clean room with solid amenities, comfy beds and a larger bathroom than us 2 Americans expected. I’d stay again, but only because now we know about the check-in process.

Close to buses and trains. Not a full kitchen just stove top, microwave and large fridge. Coffee supplies were only good for a couple days. Never got clean towels or trash taken away for a 9 day stay. Communication with staff wasn’t great. She told me she would bring more coffee and toilet paper and she only brought TP and that took 2 days. Not a lot of English speaking channels on TV
