It was nice to have a fridge and microwave available, as well as a coffee machine. The apartments are in a quiet neighborhood near the train station between two tram lines, so you can go anywhere in the city easily. The bed was comfortable. The price is unbeatable. Several great ethnic restaurants close by and bodega.
The shower doors were a little rickety sliding.

I stayed in that place several times, always satisfied with location, size of the room, comfort of bed and bathroom facilities.
First time I am writing about disliking. Never have problems with showers, however this time I was out luck. The shower was looking very cheap quality with broken hose, the water was splashing everywhere.., and draining not working at all, as well. Surprise, that previous people don’t mention that. The menager must fixed the problem.

Good location, easy access, heating functioned well, the bathroom had hot water, a hair dryer, a functional refrigerator, a water boiler, a toaster and a coffee machine. The owner was quick in organising someone to provide keys etc strictly only during the time given by way of information
It lacked cleanliness, especially the kitchen. We spent a while washing utensils and cleaning the drawers before we could use them. The cutlery was incomplete, inadequate crockery, there were just 3 coffee capsules for two persons and two nights…
