Location

My experience at this accommodation was quite disappointing. The bed that was advertised as a double was actually two single beds pushed together, which easily slid apart and created an uncomfortable gap in the middle. On top of that, the mattress was extremely worn out, with a sagging hole in the center, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Another major issue was the extremely thin walls. We were woken up at 5 AM by a crying child, not the child’s fault, of course, but the soundproofing is so poor that it felt like they were in our room. The cleanliness also left much to be desired; it was very superficial and far from satisfactory. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my stay.

A not to be repeated experience

The location. Well connected and close to HB walking or tram.

Very basic and pretty dirty. It was dusty all over the places also close to the bed hence I was coughing all night. Shower was half broken, spilling water all over the places. Pre arrival information poorly and not clear till 7pm the arrival date even if I had notified and sent all info upfront. When traveling the stress should be relieved not added. Don’t recommend neither will stay again

Super clean, good location, you have everything you need in the kitchen for small cooking, nice staff.

It was a bit small for 3 people, it was hard to find place to open up our luggages. The fan was making noises while working and the shower drain was blocked.

Unclean, the room wasn’t services and extra charge applied for cleaning, no change of towels, one fan which did nothing so the room was burning hot everyday, early nah drop off organised but no one answered the door when we arrived, staff not very pleasant and room was not what we had booked, loud neighbour’s, overpriced for what we got

The customer service. She was great assisting us with our luggage. I left my luggage at the office while I was sightseeing the city. They took my luggage into my room after my 6pm check in. I loved the customer service. Keep the good work.

Absolutely horrible staff. Not an ounce of flexibilty, no way to contact a manager. Get quite rude quite quickly. Hairdryer in the bathroom, but nowhere to plug it in. A bit cramped.

The proximity to Hbf, it is very convenient to travel from the station. The rooms were clean, and has an adequately equipped kitchen.

During the check-out and check-in no person was available in the office. It was always call and wait. It is difficult to expect international travellers to make phone calls some of us are on data roaming only. A better mechanism for check-in/check-out.

Perfect for short stay in Zurich

Recent reviews of the Inside Five were very bad so we didn't expect much. The stay was way better than expected. The place was clean, WiFi worked fine, we didn't see any ants and didn't meet any rude members of staff. There was TV with lots of channels, we had oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Location is very good - on quiet street in walking distance to old town. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Studio in need of some refreshment. Walls need new paint, some pieces of furniture looked like they were going to fall apart any minute.

Absolutely loved our stay!

Absolutely great stay, only 5min walk from the train station. The receptionist and the owners were welcoming and warm. They even offered us coffee and chai. The breakfast was free and the room was cozy and comfortable. I will recommend to anyone visiting florence!

Convenient Stay but Wouldn't Return

Check-in was very convenient. We were able to book the apartment at very short notice and the personnel were very accommodating in facilitating the booking process and arranging our check-in. Response times were very quick.

The general location was very convenient (proximity to HB) but felt very shady. I would not book this place if I were a female travelling alone. The apartment itself was old and not very clean. The floors did not appear to have been swept after the previous guest, and the bathroom occasionally had a bad smell emanating from it. For the quality that you get, this listing is bit overpriced.The only justification that I can find for the price is the proximity to the main station. If not for the fact that our previously arranged accommodation cancelled on the day of our arrival, we would not have otherwise booked this accommodation.

Comfortable for 2 nights stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room is perfect for a short stay. Everything was complete with a little kitchen and toiletries. The washing machine and dryer can use for free, just that we have to use our own detergent. There were alot of restaurant, cafes nearby too. Check-in and check-out is a breeze!

Floor abit dusty, and the noise from the road/walkway can be heard from the room. Probably I was staying here during the weekends. Quite a distance to walk from the Zurich main train station.

Overall, good - nice location

Location was good - near the tram stops. Check-in was easy, and staff replied fast on the app. Shops are close by. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having the dishwasher and laundry available.

Room was too small for five people and wasn't comfortable at all. Could barely move. Lacked some necessary items for use.

The location is close to the main station. There is an elevator in the building so we were able to take our heavy luggage upstairs.
