Easy access to Zurich HB. comfortable room , good sound proofing. Very comfortable bed especially for one.

Extremely disappointing

the only positive was the large bathroom.

Awful sized room for 3 people, absolutely nowhere to put your bags. We had a 3 bed room but the person in the single bed was basically sleeping in the walkway. We had an issue with check-in, our room key wasn't in the safe box but fortunately there was a member of staff helping another guest out with a similar issue. The issue of no lift is to be expected however the flights of stairs are large. Wouldn't recommend nor return.

Not safe inside the hotel

The location is excellent, everything is 10-20 minutes walk. The surroundings are nice and safe.

Ohh I am so disappointed( For the first time in my travel experience, I lost something in a hotel (or, to put it bluntly, I had something stolen from me). On the second-to-last day, I took my Kindle out of my bag in the morning and left for the whole day (the kindle remained on the bed as extra weight. I got to my room at 11 am and immediately started packing my suitcase, since I had to fly out early in the morning. By that time, the book was already gone or fallen from the bed as the second version of the story, but I found out about it on the train when I wanted to read. In the morning, before leaving, I always check to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind. I did the same this time - everything was clean. When I wrote to the hotel, I simply asked them to check, knowing that the book did not leave the room, but the hotel, of course, wrote that they did not see anything. Also the room was very dirty upon my arrival. During 3 days it was not clean, no towels were changed. There are a lot of dust and spider’s web around.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Self check-in via a little box on the outside of the wall, quick and easy. Approx a 20min walk from train station. Clean and comfortable room. We stayed in the Great Gatsby room which had 3 single beds and had plenty of space for 3 travellers.

A great relief for a last-minute urgent booking - peaceful location right near the station

Very easy to check-in and check-out. It was a hot summer evening, so we greatly appreciated the air conditioning. The room had a cozy interior with playful decorating.

Stylish, comfy.

Clearly a lot of thought went into the design - we were on the rooftop which was cool & it had air con which was amazing as it was 30 degrees & v sunny.

Zürich is expensive so it can’t be helped but this was one of the most expensive accommodations per night that we stayed in in our trip across Belgium/austria/germany/switzerland/france etc. the quality of the finish wasn’t amazing, stylish but not that durable. Quite a few broken things around but it was comfy and none of the broken things affected our enjoyment of the space so all good. There were 5 of us on the booking and only 4 single duvets and pillows provided - I have no doubt I could have requested extra and would’ve been helped but I didn’t discover it until late (two of the beds were sofa beds so we didn’t make them up at first). Not the nicest part of Zürich either but pretty handy for the centre - great for us as just a stop over one night.

Almost good

The location was very good and it was a short distance from the central train station. The check-in and check-out system was automated and excellent.

The location was good, quiet neighborhood around restaurants and shops. Having a kitchenette was helpful. 10 mins walk to the train station.

It wasn’t really clean. They didn’t take the trash out before our arrival. The room was outdated and there are many details that they could take care of easily that would make the place more pleasant. It says that breakfast would be delivered but I didn’t receive it. I am not sure where they deliver to and because there’s nobody at the time of check in/out you cant ask. When I asked questions through the messages they took a while to respond.

Close to train station.

Air conditioning broken - then when I came back later that evening - started running full blast all night automatically- no way to turn it off - no offsite support in the evening at all / no one answered the number given in the room. Had to cover it with towells (see photo) and slept on my clothes. No one ever answered the text messages I Ieft not even sent an email or message later that week. Dim dusty hallways, dirty comforter - looked like huge fresh pee stain and smelled. (see photo)

The room was clean, well apportioned and cute design

The walk up to the 4th floor - my calves are still crying foul. I knew this possibility in advance just would have preferred an elevator. Only 1 roll of toilet paper (didn’t run out but it was close ) breakfast wasn’t there by 8:30 when I left (no biggie)

Super stylish room with a small Kitchen. The location was top! Breakfast was adequate, nothing extravagant.

Unfortunately the water pipeline of the whole locality was cut out from 8 AM to 4:30 PM on the day of our checkout. Sadly, this important information wasn't conveyed to us during the check-in. We didn't see this notice which was on the front door, as the door was already open when we checked in. The staffs didn't help us to provide any water even when we repeatedly requested for it. That was super disappointing. Very irresponsible.

Superb

Breakfast was given to us, but since we kickstarted our day at 6am every morning, we ended up eating the food around dinner time and it’s fine for us as microwave was provided. I liked the kitchenette as well, although the space is slightly small to work around, but we are more than grateful to be able to cook something in our own room/space! The bathroom is large and beautiful, so thankful that towels AND hairdryer were provided. No toiletries provided but it’s okay for us as we bring our own toiletries. Personally I think the space is quite small for 3 people but it’s manageable from my end as I’m staying for 3 nights ☺️

No lift and no printers to print any boarding passes. They don’t respond to calls as there is no one to help or for any questions/concerns. If you have big bags then you need to haul them up at your own risk.

Great, uniquely decoarated place to stay in Zurich that provides a great value.

Great location with only a 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Restaurants all around and air conditioning in summer. This was great after a week of no AC in other places. Also a great value with our teenagers able to have their own room and a little space.

Location-walk distance to main train and bus station.

Personnel is ignorant. In my room there were no towels. I received them only after several hours, I assume, with the help of booking/com. For those whom concerned, Be advised, no elevator. I lived on the 4 th (really, 5th) floor and had tough time to lift my bag. Breakfast is the same every day consisting of one biscuit, one croissant, capsules (1) of coffee, gam, milk, butter and small bottle of orange juice.

10 min walk to Zurich main station. Adequate stay for one night as a couple. Brekky delivered to the room.

Disappointing

Close to the main train station. Suprisingly check-in and check-out is easy. Breakfast on time. Communication is ok.

There were stains on the bed and woman hair on the bed linen. There was no reception or responsible to talk to. The room is extremely small as chandelier takes a huge place. Most importantly there is no storage for luggage before check-in or after check-out.
