Minimalistic rooms that can fit maximum of 2 guests. Really clean facilities and a completely automatic check in process without staff. Rooms have no AC but they give a fan for circulation- that was my biggest peeve. Elevator is small but you can work around it. Bathroom has a transparent glass like doors - so makes it a little getting used to.
The only way you can contact them is via Chat - so be ready to do that or call the number provided. There is no staff other than cleaning at the facility.
The location from Zurich station was a little longer and more like 15 mins with luggage. We just Ubered or you can use a taxi for 10 CHF.

Very close to the train station. Family room may have been in the 5th floor but it had air conditioning which was brilliant in this heat.
The lift could only fit two people in at a time

Loved being near the river to swim! aircon in the rooms saved us and the rooms were quite spacious.

location wasn't bad
Extremely hot and needs AC badly. There is no window net so flies come to room. Pillows are very bad. Bathroom smell little bit but manageable.
