Baur au Lac made our stay extremely special

We had a wonderful stay at Baur au Lac. The premises are stunning, the staff are impeccable, and the restaurants and bar are absolutely beautiful—an elegant, world-class experience from start to finish. We will be back

Great Everything

Awesome, and they have installed a German Washlet Geberit which is the first time in my lifetime to see a German Washlet in a European Hotel. The only other hotel that I noted had a Toto Washlet was the Cheval Blanc Paris & Saint Tropez. The Europeans are crazy if they stick with their Bidets!! Washlet are the future!!

One of the Best hotel where I ever stayed

Everything ! Beautiful, Stylish, Elegant. The interiors are memorable and well-planned, extremely welcoming and helpful Stuff. This hotel Feels like home but Better . Room are spacious and big as apartment has separated entrance to the bathroom and wardrobe room which makes stay absolutely luxurious and relaxing

Everything was exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful and caring. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable for a hotel as well as requested foam pillows. Additionally, there is an amazing 2* Michelin restaurant at the hotel.

If I had to rate my stay out of a ladder from zero to ten I would say: 8,5-9/10

Breakfast has been absolutely perfect, variety of different choices and the ambience as well is amazing not to mention the outside view.. stunning! Location is just great while the access from the hotel to the city centre is very easy

Suites must become a bit more spatial Otherwise, everything has been nice
