Location is great. The room is good size, cozy and have all amenities you need. There is common coffee corner with coffee machine& coffee for the guests, also kettle for hot water, just outside the room, very convenient. From the hotel you can walk to old town, new town, beach and train station in just few minutes. It's really center of everything in Monterosso
Our room has partly sea view from the side that you don't really see when you are in the room. But it's our false as we book late. Our friend who book earlier has nice sea view room at the lower price than us. So I suggest you book early in advance for this lovely hotel

Location and staff were perfect.
Only gripe was that the AC wasn't very good in the 90F heat. It was better than nothing though.

This place was in the perfect spot, and had the perfect view. You could come back to your accomodation for a little break and still be lapping up the amazing views. We LOVED this place. They were extremely accommodating with leaving our luggage, and were even able to let us check in earlier. We even asked for our room to be made up one of the days, and had fresh towels and the room vacuumed free of sand. We are extremely glad to have stayed here. Our favourite stay so far.
