The location is good. Onsite parking is good but the driveway is very narrow and challenging.
The check in lady was great but the check out gentleman was not helpful and made mistakes with the invoice amount.

Good location
A bag of clothes was left in a laundry bag for cleaning which was taken as part of a room clean on day 2. The clothes were not returned and the staff were unhelpful in trying to resolve. They said that they had no record of the clothes taken for laundry. The clothes taken cost more than the hotel stay: we stayed 5 nights. Disappointing customer service and no resolution given. Significantly out of pocket as a result.

Great room, in a perfect location.
The staff were very helpful and make our stay really enjoyable! Parking was easy in a large car.

We love the room. It was comfortable and clean. The place is near the swimming area in Monterosso and also in the train station.
The reception was not so welcoming. I think he is the owner of the hotel. He was sometimes rude.

Charming little family owned hotel, beautiful location, perfectly located a short distance from the beach and train station, but just outside the noise. Very good breakfast. Very nice staff. Has a private parking if arriving by car. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Affordable for a family with 2 rooms. Clean and close to the beach by a short stroll. Friendly staff. Easy check in.
The beds very too firm for my liking and the mini fridges were not working to keep our water cold

The location was great. 5 mins walk from the station, beach and restaurants. Quaint hotel I can see was once amazing. Overall a pleasant stay with lovely hosts.
Needs a little tlc to bring back to former glory. The mattress was a little old and saggy. The signage / entrance could be better and more clearer for better directions. Be prepared to drag your suitcase up the steep driveway.

We liked everything, especially the breakfast, peace and quiet
It needs an elevator from parking to the property 🤣

The location was perfect! Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Caterina and her dad went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The villa was very clean and the breakfast for 10 Euro was a good value! Would love to return.
There is nothing I didn’t like.

Beautiful friendly staff in standalone Italian villa. Loved our stay. Perfect location in Monterosso.
Shower wasn’t particularly hot or air con not very strong. But couldn’t really complain as completely charming.

I had the room on 1st floor with a balcony with dark green shutters which was lovely …. there were always birds singing outside … it was beautiful. I really felt like I was staying in someone’s home rather than a hotel. it is just enough away from the main passagiatta on the beachfront to be quiet from street and people noise
the driveway and hill that you need to walk up from the street. But it’s so worth it when you get to the rose garden at the top 😉 a lovely young man appeared just in time to help me up there with my suitcase when I arrived too. The villa breakfast was very substantial and lovely sitting outside in the garden

Villa Accini is conveniently located in Monterosso, one of the most charming villages in Cinque Terre. It is just a short walk from the train station, making arrival and departure exceptionally easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Caterina, whose hospitality made us feel immediately at home. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend Villa Accini to anyone planning a visit to Cinque Terre.

Beautiful Villa, recently refurbished. The staff was very kind and allowed us to change the room after the first night. The first room was spacious, but had some problems with some lights and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The hotel staff kindly let us move to the first floor. The new room was smaller but with warmer lights and operative air conditioning. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast, with a wide choice of food ( fruit, toast, jam, honey freshly harvested from the hive, egg , pastries, etc.)
the Hotel is located on Monterosso al Mare, within few minutes walk from the seafront " Via Fegina". To reach the hotel there is a short drive with some easy steps. The only think I didn't like was the cold lights in the rooms.

the property was excellent, they allowed an early check in and leaving our luggage after check out to allow us to maximise our time in Conque Terre
There is a steep drive way up to the hotel, but that was our fault for large bags in Cinque Terre. The drive way was nothing compared to some of the stairs that other people had to drag their bags up.

The place is adorable. It seems to be a family business and the hosts are welcoming and smiling. The rooms are wide, clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning. We did not have breakfast but the outside area looked very nice. It is super well located, close to the train station that brings you to all the cinque terre villages and to the beach. There is a parking which is a huge plus as you cannot use your car to move from village to village (no parking)

Parking was difficult, but it is everywhere in Cinque Terre. Take the train.

The location was nice - not directly in the area where all the tourists stay, but nestled back a little bit to give some privacy. The pathway up was a nice walk (two ways to get there - walking up stairs or by the car entrance). Loved the rose path canopy that we walked through. There was an option for continental breakfast in the morning - seemed like they had a little bit of everything.
Our room was very small. While we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, it was hard to get past the open window to the other side of the bed. Also, the bed was a "queen" but it was really just two twin beds pushed together with nothing holding them together. When we would sleep, the mattresses would move easily creating a space in between. Wifi wasn't great.
