Delightful, friendly staff and charming.hotel

Breakfast was excellent and the location couldn't have been better so convenient to the train station restaurants etc. Bathroom could have been larger, especially shower needed shelving for toiletries. Need new bed. And also updating betting.

We loved our time at Punta Mesca. Awesome location, super friendly staff, wonderful breakfast options. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely plan to return

La disponibilità del personale davvero impeccabile. La colazione al mattino semplice ma perfetta. La posizione vicina a tutto e il parcheggio quid importante, si può lasciare l’auto e fare tutto a piedi senza problemi. Pulizia eccezionale, aria condizionata di facile gestione e possibilità di portare i cani disponendo in molte camere di un terrazzino. Acqua e teli mare inclusi nel prezzo, dettagli di non poco conto.

Ottima posizione. Silenziosissimo la notte ed il giorno. Lo staff di una cortesia ed accoglienza eccezionali. Colazione a buffet con ogni ben di Dio. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia ed al centro. Ovviamente torneremo! Parcheggio disponibile presso la struttura. I titolari/gestori favolosi e disponibilissimi.

Se dovessi proprio muovere un appunto costruttivo, chiederei al personale delle pulizie di curare un po' di più l'igiene dei servizi e dei pavimenti. Non hanno passato l'aspirapolvere in bagno ed in camera ed ho trovato capelli scuri ovunque per terra.. Ma è veramente un piccolo dettaglio rispetto a quanto siamo stati bene....

Location was great, no hills to climb! Room was comfortable but bath was a bit cramped. Breakfast was fine but didn't open till 8:00.

I booked and paid extra for a room with a terrace but did not get one. I asked if I could get a credit for the extra but was told I should have booked with the hotel instead.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel in a perfect location.

Perfect location within Monterosso … quiet, but a short walk to lots of good restaurants and the train station. Also not far to the old town and more restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and very helpful and we felt very welcome. Breakfast excellent; very clean, and as above perfect location for exploring all of the villages with the train line being so close.

Er is geen uitzicht, na je terrasje begint de berg. Niet gek in deze omgeving en je zit wel overal dichtbij, dus voor ons geen punt. Overigens zaten wij er maar 1 nacht, voor een week zou ik dat toch minder prettig vinden.

Great stay, great staff

Great family-run property with very friendly staff. It's not far from the train station and the beach and sea, but far enough away to be quieter. A market and laundry are within 200 meters. Breakfast is good and the restaurant they are friends with is excellent too.

If I had to nit-pick, the room would be tight if you had more luggage than we did, and the bathroom only fits 1 person at a time to get ready. But this seems pretty normal for Mediterranean resort hotels at this price point.

la chambre ... deja une salle de bain tres petite.. pour ouvrir la porte on cogne le bidet.. mais le plus grave une insonorisation inexistante..nous entendions la voisin ronffler .. des que la personne parle aussi.. bien sur la television... nous entendions tres bien c'etait derangeant au point de nous reveiller inacceptable de la part d'un hotel aussi cher

Great location, near the big beach like 2-3 mins walk and close to train station. There are nice restaurants, a cute coffee shop and a little supermarket nearby. The room was clean. We had everything we needed. The most important thing, we received great service from the hotel.

The hotel was as described. We had a triple ( 3 single beds ). Small room but worked well.. . Close to beach and train. Just a short walk away. Super helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone to stay here
