Delightful, friendly staff and charming.hotel

Breakfast was excellent and the location couldn't have been better so convenient to the train station restaurants etc. Bathroom could have been larger, especially shower needed shelving for toiletries. Need new bed. And also updating betting.

We loved our time at Punta Mesca. Awesome location, super friendly staff, wonderful breakfast options. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely plan to return

Cute little hotel

Location was great, no hills to climb! Room was comfortable but bath was a bit cramped. Breakfast was fine but didn't open till 8:00.

I booked and paid extra for a room with a terrace but did not get one. I asked if I could get a credit for the extra but was told I should have booked with the hotel instead.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel in a perfect location.

Perfect location within Monterosso … quiet, but a short walk to lots of good restaurants and the train station. Also not far to the old town and more restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and very helpful and we felt very welcome. Breakfast excellent; very clean, and as above perfect location for exploring all of the villages with the train line being so close.

Great stay, great staff

Great family-run property with very friendly staff. It's not far from the train station and the beach and sea, but far enough away to be quieter. A market and laundry are within 200 meters. Breakfast is good and the restaurant they are friends with is excellent too.

If I had to nit-pick, the room would be tight if you had more luggage than we did, and the bathroom only fits 1 person at a time to get ready. But this seems pretty normal for Mediterranean resort hotels at this price point.

Great location, near the big beach like 2-3 mins walk and close to train station. There are nice restaurants, a cute coffee shop and a little supermarket nearby. The room was clean. We had everything we needed. The most important thing, we received great service from the hotel.

Great friendly place near everything.

The hotel was as described. We had a triple ( 3 single beds ). Small room but worked well.. . Close to beach and train. Just a short walk away. Super helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone to stay here

Wholeheartedly recommended!

The staff is absolutely wonderful - very friendly and accommodating. They immediately made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is nice: a short walk from the interesting local sites and the beaches, yet in a quiet street to the side, next to a small supermarket. The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel room featured a nice balcony/terrasse, also very practical to hang swim wear to dry. Beach towels are complimentary. The free, private parking space (closed by an electric gate) is absolutely ideal, especially in a town with a difficult parking situation as Monterosso. If traveling by train: the station is really close by.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was as described/shown on Booking.com or better. The only downside was that we wanted to stay an additional night, but the hotel was fully booked. :)

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The STAFF is AMAZING!!!! One of the best experiences with hotel customer service that I've ever had. Also, the breakfast is also the next best thing. It is TERRIFIC!! There were options for everyone and an espresso bar. The rooms had a/c and could get nice and cool. The rooms were also very clean. I also liked the porch. We were able to hang our wet suits outside on this hidden clothes line. The location was more quiet than the old town, which i liked. I also recommend the beach that is furthest to the north near the sailing club... not quite as busy and good food options in that area.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. Everything was great. Yes, the rooms were smaller than what you'd find in the United States, but that is to be expected in most hotels in Italy. Plus, we never hung out in our hotel rooms! We were always on the beach, walking around, hiking, or exploring nearby villages.

very polite and nice staff, the breakfast was very well, the location was great because it was very near the beach

you have to climb the little wooden chair/step to go on the terrace which can be challenging for older people. The external unit of the air condition for the whole hotel was at that terrace, so we had to keep the windows closed at all times and sleep with the air conditioning on, which didn’t bother us but again can be a problem for others.
