Great Location and value

We were greeted with a friendly owner and he carried our suitcases up the stairs. Train, food, old town all very close within walking distance.

lovely guesthouse in a convenient location

Convenient location straight down the road from the train station. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and tastefully-furnished.

There was a narrow staircase up to the rooms on the second floor, but the staff helpfully brought our luggage up for us.

A picture perfect sea side stay

Excellent location with sea view and restaurants and station very nearby. The room was very cozy with all amenities provided. The hosts were also very sweet and helpful.

Nothing to dislike. Only thing is people who have issue with climbing a flight of stairs with their luggage may face some challenge but it is already mentioned upfront while booking.

The room was located on the main thoroughfare with a sea view .

It would've been helpful to have extra towels or beach towels, as buying one for a day and having no room in your suitcase seem inconvenient.

Location, Location, Location

The location was perfect for us. It was right on the Monterosso espanade at the northern end. A 5 minute walk to the train station and 15 minute walk into the "old town" After a long trip we appreciated not having to drag suitcases up steep streets and alley ways to get to our accommodation. The apartment was small but adequate and accurately represented on Booking.com. Windows were double glazed so apartment was quiet when we needed it. Adjacent to the apartment was a communal room with desk and settee that we didnt use but would have been useful if we had stayed longer. We stayed for three nights (2.5 days) and that was enough time to see all five towns and hike from Monterosso to Vernazza to Corniglia. We did that walking in one day and in retrospect we should have spread it over two days - some parts of the walk are steep and you need to have a reasonable level of fitness. We recommend Al Bistro di Monterosso and Milky restaurants - both excellent food at fair prices .

We had no complaints but the room would have been better with more shelving and we knew there was no washing machine, so did all our laundry before we arrived.

Bigger toiletries the complimentary toiletries were very small packets and we would usually get little bottles. Not an issue but as it stated complimentary toiletries we did not bring shower gels to reduce our liquids for the plane

Location is amazing. Right on the beach, there is a parking place (paid) right in front of the hotel. Next to all the shops, everything is walking distance. Great view from the window of our room.

There were no beach towels provided. I believe that when one travels to a beach destination and books a hotel right on the seafront, beach towels should be included, or at least available for rent. Instead, we were forced to purchase some from the hotel owner, who also runs a tourist shop. Personally, I would have preferred to be offered a clean towel, even at an extra charge. Additionally, the shampoo and shower gel were provided in tiny plastic sachets, with such a small amount of product inside that it felt like using a medicine dropper. This is especially inconvenient at a beach hotel, where guests often shower daily. Basic toiletries should be offered in a more practical and generous format.

Best place in all of cinque terre to stay!!

Absolutely recommend this place! The owners are so nice and it’s located conveniently above a cute souvenir store. The room is so clean and fresh with aircon that was very much needed with 35 C days. We loved coming back to our room in the afternoons and having a made bed, clean towels, and even a top up of candies and teas! Monterosso was our favourite town and this accommodation was perfectly located near the beach and train station. Would 100% stay here again 👏🏻

Brilliant location, comfortable with super hosts.

I visited with my two children and we had a wonderful time. The property is located in the most central area overlooking the main beach. We had the room with the balcony and it was so lovely having a morning coffee there, enjoying the beautiful sea views. The place has a very traditional decor but you have everything there that is needed. The hosts were so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. My children had the best time and we will definitely be back. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Steps away from the beach.

This is the closest place to the beach! We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for our kids. Both were clean. The apartments are literally steps away from the beach and a great little coffee stand with amazing gelato. We were so happy.

Amazing location in the best town in Cinque Terre.

This is the perfect location in Monterosso with a view of the beach from the windows, very clean, quiet, all we needed. I great cafe for breakfast downstairs, lots of restaurants near by, 3 minute walk from the train station, beach beds a one minute walk away. We could store our luggage and offered early access to our room and the luggage was delivered to our room and we could store our luggage afterwards. The room included daily cleaning which was nice. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it was needed. Supermarket just around the corner as well. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach our apartment which was fine for us. Borrow from window in photo. Hosts very easy to communicate with with quick replies.

Best location for a stay in Monterosso.

The location of this guesthouse is great! Right in the middle of the new part of Monterosso. In fact, it's actually just a door between two businesses, which takes you up a flight of stairs to the rooms. They were large, with very roomy bathrooms. AC worked well. Nice setup for us in our room, and our adult children in another. Quick, friendly, efficient check-in/out. Cant get much closer to the center of the new town. We would gladly stay there again!!

Great hosts, smugly sociable and contactable. They provided everything you need from hair dryer, plenty of towels, toiletries to even disinfecting the toilet. In truth top. The best place I've been to so far in terms of accommodation using booking. I enjoyed it mega and if I return to Monterosso I will use Affittacamere Da Flo. I sincerely recommend it!

Superb location for our first stay in Cinque Terre

An amazing location overlooking the beach. So convenient and a flat short walk from the train station. Lots of food and drink options close by, and such a short walk from the old town with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from as well. The hosts are delightful and there is a common area where guests can access cold drinks on a pay by use system. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely place to stay in Monterosso

The location is great, next to “lungomare”, as the italians say. The place has a very nice view, the host was very helpful (thanks Alessandro for keeping our luggage after the check-out). But the main thing we liked is the fact that they changed the towels and cleaned the room, even if we stayed for only 2 nights (keep in mind that it’s not a hotel).
