Comfortable accommodation in a stunning village

Fresh, clean and newly decorated Convenient location

One bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed. Should have preferred beds for 3 people Cruel hill with suitcases to get there but that’s my fault for not realising the hilly villages before I got there

The most beautiful accommodation we have ever stayed in!!!

Nice and friendly welcome at the reception - the lady explained everything. Beautiful, new and perfectly equipped apartment with a terrace. A few meters from the beach, a minute walk from a small grocery store and a restaurant next to the house. Parking available and a great breakfast in the morning with friendly service. Everything was wonderful

It’s easy to go everywhere, the place was clean. It’s tight, but it was not a real problem

The elevator wasn’t working fine. It didn’t stop at our stage. We have to carry the bags on the stairs.

I liked the location because it was close to the busy main road but was quiet. It was a short distance to the downtown and entrance to the trails but only, maybe 10 minutes.

Excellent location, convenient parking, but a mediocre apartment building.

The location is great, and the fact there's parking available for guests is super convenient.

The apartment is located slightly above street level. The apartment is fine, but the building it's in looks a bit neglected. incidentally, the hot water supply was a bit intermittent. The apartment is actually sort of an "extension" to the hotel across the street, so if you need to speak to staff, it's a bit of a walk uphill.

Impressed! Very happy with my exparience

I am very rarely so satisfied with staying in hotels. The entire staff is friendly and helpful every step of the way. When we arrived, it turned out that our room was occupied and instead they would put us in an apartment at no extra charge. The apartments were amazing! Everything is very clean, everything is new. Parking at the hotel is free of charge. We overslept breakfast, but despite this, they prepared coffee and croissants for us so that we could have breakfast. We were also allowed to leave the car in the parking lot for the whole day while we visited other cities of the Cinque Terre. I totally recommend!

The railroad passes directly under the windows. At first I thought it would be a problem at night, but the trains are not very audible. But it all depends on whether you sleep well or bad at night. In addition, keep in mind that the reception is located a bit on a hill and you need to walk a little from the parking lot. It might be a problem for some, but it wasn't for us.

Fantastic stay I. beautiful Monterosso. highly recommend.

Room was much better than it appears in the photos. Well positioned for the beach, station and all the old town had to offer. Set in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas but still only a few minutes from everything. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Exceptional

The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The mattress was also excellent. The terrace was also very nice and large. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and were helpful with directions and suggestions for eating. The room is a little off the main beachfront road which kept things quiet, but the beach was a short, fairly flat walk away. Their two rooms in this building share an entrance and the terrace. It would be perfect for two couples traveling together or a family with older children. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Wedding Anniversary

We were very close to the sea and supermarket. There was definitely a good free car park there, though we travelled by train.

Not really anything to do with the hotel. Monterosso is very lovely but devoid of doggy beaches so pooch had a dry weekend until we came home to our pool and river.

A footpath to Fegina Beach

The room was very nice and clean. The room was very clean and it was cleaned each and every day. We had a little balcony. Also, the location is great to go to the beach of Monterosso. There are some restaurants and bars around the beach area, so we could reach everything by walking down the street. One of the best parts was the free parking lot. As the region is very famous, parking lots are not easy to be found. The parking lot was great and we were allowed to leave the car a little longer after we'd checked out.

The walls of the room were not very thick (or we had loud neighbours), as we could hear them in the morning and evening.

Small room, great location with parking

We booked this hotel because it is one of the only ones in Monterosso that offers a private parking. Beware that the town is monitored and the roads are closed once a certain number of cars are let in- unless! You have a hotel with private parking... unfortunately this room is not in the hotel, but in an apartment building on the street below. It is small and very basic, however it is perfectly a 1 minute walk from the sea and 5 minutes to the train which connects you to the nearby towns. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, available to answer any questions and offer recommendations. For a short stay where you are mostly discovering and not in the room, I would recommend this place.

It is a very basic room with no decor, dark and the light is not warm or welcoming. The linen is also scratchy and the grey cover is quite morose. The minibar is empty and could do with some water as the local supermarkets close early.
