Quaint, cosy and charming stay

Quaint and cosy stay. Super location near main shopping/ dining but also able to escape hustle and bustle. Loving balcony to relax with ocean views. Loved the area.

The property was immaculate, with all the amenities we could ask for. A couple of mugs would have been helpful for our morning tea but we enjoyed many mornings on the balcony, watching the town wake up.

Uncomfortable / claustrophobic

Location was good

Double room was tiny (online photos were deceptive), there was no room for suitcases, only one person could walk around the room at one time, no bedside tables. Not ideal for a couple at all.

Mixed bag: great view, decent property, but lack of hospitality.

The owner's direction video was helpful. good restaurants referral. Very good location, close to town center, restaurants and hiking trails. walking distance(~12min) to train station, though longer than I like, but manageable. just be mindful with around 40+ street steps up leading to the lodging. it can be challenging with luggage for people with mobility issues. Very clean and cute room, well decorated with nice sea views. Edited with more comments here as no room in the dislike section below: After I submitted my review, the owner sent me a threatening "don't you dare" message-2nd pic. Wished the owner could take constructive criticisms and be professional rather than being hostile and call others as liars when there are negative review. I just added pictures of of some chats(1&4 pic) between us during our stay that was the same as I quoted and commented previously below. Her tone was certainly rude and shouldn't be from someone in hospitality. A similar pattern was shown in her responses to other not-so-good reviews. There were only less than 30 reviews for this property. 2nd edit: quotes below or above already from Chats. Viewers can also see the similar hostess' interaction being "negative communication and the attitude of the host" as reviewed by other guest in May. Please also refer to the hostess' response to June 9 review. So unprofessional and rude! Here is a direct quote I mentioned of the threatening chat msg to me: "Don't you dare say that I was rude because it's not true... I have the whole chat recorded and I will send it to booking where it is not allowed to write untrue things" Let Booking.com and viewers review and determine. Being fair, I gave a "7" good, combined rating due to the property. Yet the hostess didn't seem to understand, let alone appreciate it.

-Lack of outlet for the water kettle in the kitchenette area. we had to either use the socket next to the bath sink (safety concern due to water) or move the table (inconvenient) to use the one right below the TV. This would not have been 'What didn't you like' section if the owner/manager was understanding and professional during the texting. Felt like I had to send pictures to prove to her there were no sockets in two areas that she said we should find them. -One of the reasons I booked this place was the washing machine. When I asked about the washing machine and instruction to use, the reply was that "you have to set it, but the soap is not our responsibility." Strange and unfriendly tone. It was completely fine that I paid. I asked her to explain "have to set it," her reply: "So listen, tomorrow morning my assistant will be there and she will show you why explaining like this isn't possible now, oaky?" Quite rude, unhelpful, and confrontational from someone in hospitality business. -unaccommodating and disappointing on leaving luggage behind for a few hours after check-out. The hostess only allowed us to leave luggage in a nearby abandoned house, construction site, with no door but a broken piece of wood to cover the entry. I tried to work with the hostess to leave the luggage in the hallway or areas non-obstructive to the cleaning and outside the room, picking up at 13:00, an hour earlier than normal check-in. Yet, the response was no. She said her guests have early check-in. I actually don't understand the conflict as her new guests would be inside the room while our luggage would be out in the hallway. All this area is behind secured lock doors. With no other better options and with risk , we left the luggage in that abandoned house (see pic 3) and shortened our outing stay. It's sad to see such nice property with this level of hospitality.

The location of the apartment was excellent though the apartment is more like a small hotel room

The location of the quaint apartment was excellent which had been recently remodeled. Nice bathroom and hot water pressure.

The bed was not very comfortable and the walls are thin between the adjacent apartments.

Zentrale und moderne Unterkunft

Super zentrale und moderne Unterkunft mit einer ausreichenden Ausstattung. Durch die Beschreibung der Gastgeberin gelang man zur Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber und es gab Sekt zur Begrüßung. Der kleine Balkon war super herzig.

Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin etwas schwierig.. Man muss oben im Ort parken (25€ am Tag) und sie schickt einen Videos wie man zur Unterkunft kommt (gibt es nicht auf WhatsApp). Also muss man Internet haben!! Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig.

Monterosso meravigliosa, ogni volta e’una nuova scoperta

Differenza tra quanto descritto e quanto trovato. Le altre due camere rispondono ai requisiti rappresentati in foto e descritti. Della nostra, guarda caso, un paio di foto non esaustive Ho scoperto solo sul posto che c’era differenza e non ho potuto scegliere liberamente, come invece sostiene l’host.

Redelijk centraal gelegen, wel heel veel trappen op met je koffer.

Let op dat je niet de kamer zonder balkon krijgt. Slechts een raam en de kamer is zo klein dat je niet met twee langs elkaar af kan. Slapen op een smalle bedbank. Geen wissel van beddengoed. Ik vroeg een extra kussen en kreeg dat na toezegging toch niet. Voor ons nooit meer!!

Mini apartamento en forma de habitación.hermos con

El espacio fue renovado recientemente. La habitación se sentía lujosa y moderna. El check in fue autónomo, me encanta eso. La vista es preciosa. Ver la playa y, de tanto en tanto, el tren pasar, se sentía como un verdadero privilegio. El balcón pagó toda mi estadía. Lo amé. La habitación estaba limpia, nos dejaron un espumante de regalo de bienvenida (y, como mi lenguaje del amor es los regalos, ya se ganaron mi corazón). El baño además de lujoso y cómodo, impecable. Aunque la habitación era pequeña, tenía todo lo que podías necesitar, incluso cocina y nevera. La anfitriona estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.

Cosas que no es que no me gustaron, sino que advertiría a otros huéspedes: 1. Monterosso al Mare (y en general lo que vi en Cinque Terre) es bien rústico. Son pueblos pequeños y aunque tienen encanto turístico, tienen comodidades limitadas (por ejemplo, nunca vi un ascensor). En este sentido, para acceder a la habitación (y por ende a la vista al mar) había que subir muchas escaleras (cuando digo muchas, es muchas). Recomiendo entonces pensarlo dos veces para traer maletas grandes. Mi esposo y yo viajamos con carry on y morral, pero vi muchas personas sufriendo para subir escaleras (no solo para el alojamiento, sino en general) con maletas pesadísimas. 2. La habitación es pequeña por lo que recomiendo no traer mucho equipaje. Nosotros con maleta y carry on (cada uno) llegamos a sentirnos un poco apretados en algunos momentos. 3. Es un poco engorroso llegar al alojamiento si no conoces Monterosso al Mare. El GPS no funciona. Nosotros sufrimos un poco porque llegamos de noche y no entendíamos bien el vídeo que nos envió la anfitriona.

Siamo stati a Casa Vittoria per una vacanza di coppia, è stato come essere a casa, ogni comfort, aria climatizzata, cucina attrezzata, pavimenti in legno e muri in pietra antica, vista mare sul borgo di Monterosso, è stato magnifico soggiorno. Un dispiacere andare via. Il gestore sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò presto.

La habitación muy limpia, a pocos pasos de la playa. Solo para los que viajan con maletas grandes solo hay que subir una escalera para llegar. Cristine muy amable y preocupada para que estemos cómodos todo el tiempo y siempre dispuesta a responder nuestras dudas.

Incantevole camera con vista mare nel cuore di Monterosso

Soggiornare in questa camera è stata un’esperienza da sogno! La posizione è perfetta: immersa nel suggestivo centro storico di Monterosso, a pochi passi dalle viuzze caratteristiche, dai ristoranti tipici e dalle spiagge, ma con una vista mozzafiato sul mare e montagne che riempie gli occhi di bellezza ogni mattina. La camera era accogliente, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, bagno moderno e angolo cottura). È stato un dispiacere dover andare via. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio "Casa Vittoria"!

L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato da pochissimo ed è tutto nuovo e di buon gusto. Dall’appartamento si vede il mare ed è vicino alla spiaggia, non lontano dalla stazione e ha anche la fermata del bus vicina.

Casa comoda, in centro paese silenziosa, vista mare, balcone, nuova stile moderno e confortevole come piace a me . Accoglienza del personale al check in. Facile da raggiungere a piedi, noi eravamo in auto ma ho visto che vicino c'è la stazione dei treni e fermate bus. Sotto la casa ci sono bar ristoranti, parchi. ha anche interne veloce. Top!
