Everything was perfect including the location. So close to the train station and everything that we needed to access. You can drop your bags into the room prior to arrival if needed (we used the train station luggage storage)

Rafaela communicated quickly and with care as we arrived early to the accommodation. For a fee, they were able to store our bags securely, gave us a key and placed them in our room when it was ready, so that we could enjoy our day seeing the villages of Cinque Terre without worry. It was very convenient. The room is small, but we don’t mind at all. It was lovely and very clean. There’s a shelf in the shower! (It’s the small things sometimes.) Our balcony overlooks a small square/courtyard in the historic center. Rafaela also gave us some great tips and advice. We were very comfortable and happy, but I know my husband would have appreciated a stronger air conditioner.

The hotel was so pretty had a lovely room and a little balcony. Also a great rooftop terrace to use with tea and coffee facilities. The lady that met us sorry can’t remember her name was great very friendly and very informative. Would definitely recommend it.
