Great view, perfect location, good breakfast

Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and they paid great attention to detail to all the guests. The view from the balcony was amazing, the room was big. Wifi worked great. Location was perfect and easily accessible from the train station.

The bathroom was tiny, I didn't like the corner shower cabin style. I wish the breakfast started a little bit earlier so that folks can start early and catch transit connections after breakfast. Otherwise not much to complaint about.

Great location and hotel!

Property was located right across from the beach in the newer area of Monterosso. Short walk train station and old town. Recommend hotel, very clean and comfortable. We read some negative comments on the hotel but those were not our experience. We only were in the room the sleep and get ready between adventures. Perfect place to stay!

Bed was little firm but that seems to be consistent across Italy so not necessarily property more Italy in general.

We really enjoyed the hotel and balcony. We wish the beds were comfortable.

We loved the full balcony, A/C, and full breakfast. Location was all beach. If you want shopping and many of the restaurants, you had to walk 10 min. to the port side of Monterosso al mare.

The bed was like sleeping on a box spring and the pillow was flat. Room was really tiny.

Good stop in 5 terre

The hotel is well located, close to the station and beach. Beach towels are provided free of charge. The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast is really nice. We stayed in the small room for 1 night and extended our stay in beach view room with the balcony which has a nice view.

We had a canalisation smell in one of the rooms. The beach view room is a bit noisy in the evening. Overall it’s a good hotel and good choice for a short term stay.

Excellent choice for a visit to Cinque Terre (parking available, too!)

Perfect location for visiting the Cinque Terre and enjoying a beach swim at the end of the day. Close to train station, in front of beaches. It was perfection. The staff were amazing and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning was a welcome addition. We arrived by car and for a smallish daily fee, you can reserve a spot, leave your car safely tucked away and explore by train, boat and on foot. I would 100% recommend this place.

Only thing to improve might be to create more space for luggage in rooms. But very minor considering all the other great things about this hotel.

Stay here! Amazing hotel right on the boardwalk!

We were very pleased with the room and front desk staff. We only booked one night and were given the top center balcony room that overlooked the sea. Room was clean and had lovely seaside decor, a small fridge and extra pillows. Shower had strong water pressure. It’s a 3 minute easy walk to the right of the train station. Breakfast has every option you could think of-we especially loved the eggs, fruit and muffins. We needed to store our bags the following day after checkout and that was easy to do. We will never forget the million dollar view! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Delightful!

This is definitely the best two star hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff, especially Jasmine, were wonderful, so kind and helpful.

The rooms were a bit small but so stylish! And I wasn't there to be in the room. It was also a little loud sometimes, but that's the flipside of being right next to the amazing boardwalk.

The location is the best part. Good breakfast too.

The room was tiny with a tv that was the size of shoe box. The bed was really uncomfortable. The bedspread (coverlet) was also the blanket for the bed, it felt like sleeping with canvas. Pillows were all flat and hard.

Amazing location with a lovely view of the sea. Everything you need in the room and a really nice breakfast too. It was so close to the train station and right on the beach in a nice quiet area. We will definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful too

Exceptional Cinque Terre experience

The hotel was amazing, clean and in front of the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was incredible with many options and the location was great to explore the old city but also next to to the station so you can explore the other cinque terre towns.

Overall very good

Great location, directly at the beach. Just 100 meters away from the train station of Monterosso. Very friendly staff, gave us tips on exploring the area. Room was cleaned every day and towels replaced on demand. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

There was a nest of ants on the balcony, they didn't bother us much, but there were several ants in our room. Walls and the door are thin, so you can hear other people taking a shower or walking down the hall. Our room faced the yard and the railway, so it was a bit noisy when a train passed. Ear plugs helped a lot to have a good sleep. The room was cleaned every day, but the cleaning staff forgot to give us toilet paper on the last two days of our stay and did not change the towels on our last day, although we left them on the floor.
