Amazing area, right in the middle of Monterosso. The room had all the amenities we were looking for, even a laundry service for our dirty clothes and room-makeup when requested. The booklet also had some coupons to nearby stores in the area

It would have been nice to control the room temperature and fan speed.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with a stylish, beautiful design and came equipped with excellent amenities. The location was outstanding, right in the heart of Monterosso, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The host also provided discount coupons for nearby shops and restaurants, which was pretty cool!

Being in the center of town, you should expect some noise from the surrounding neighborhood. In addition, The stairs were very steep, making it difficult to carry our luggage into the property. I had also placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, yet the cleaner still attempted to enter the apartment. While this incident was disappointing, the bigger issue was the host's response when I raised the concern. Instead of acknowledging the situation and emphasizing the importance of respecting guests' privacy, the complaint was not handled with the level of attention or professionalism I expected. A simple apology and a reminder to the cleaning staff to always respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign would have gone a long way.

Hair dryer, hot tub, snorkel and fins

Location above a restaurant and next to the bell tower/church. It was VERY noisy. People at the bar downstairs until late every night (midnight) and workers up stocking and banging things around 6am. The bells started ringing (39x at 7am). We were missing many of the amenities that were reported. No laundry bag for laundry service, no beach bag, no comforter on the bed. There was hair left in the tub and hair on the sheets.
