A lovely clean and convenient apartment in a lovely end of town

Great location close to the train station but also away from the crowds that come into the town each day. The apartment was very clean as well. The spa bath was an unexpected treat.

The bathroom could do with some shelving as there isn’t anywhere to put anything down. Also some spare blankets for nighttime would have been good as it did get a little cold. Small things though, we loved it.

The hotel failed to provide the room that was promised, offered no meaningful customer support, and had safety and comfo

The hotel itself was nice. It is an affordable option located in a relatively good area.

Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several major issues. The customer service was extremely poor. I booked a room with a balcony two weeks in advance, and the booking was confirmed. I immediately messaged the hotel to confirm the balcony, but my message was ignored for two weeks. Less than 24 hours before our arrival, I finally received a response saying that no balcony rooms were available and the hotel was fully booked. Since the room was non-refundable and we were traveling the next day, canceling wasn’t an option. When we arrived, we spoke with Martina on the phone, who was dismissive, constantly interrupted us, and offered no help. She repeatedly said, “If you want to cancel, it’s no problem to me,” despite the fact that we had already arrived and had nowhere else to stay. In addition to the poor service, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathtub leaked, causing water to spread across the floor and soak a plugged-in power strip, creating a serious safety hazard.

The property was close to the train station and easy to find. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Communication between myself and the owner was great and the staff I met were helpful and friendly. Lovely stay in a beautiful town.

Really lovely place to stay in Vernazza 😊

Lovely place to stay in a great location, it has been newly done and it’s really lovely and the bed is comfortable. Sitting out on the balcony on an evening was lovely. The spa bath is an added bonus! 😊

Very clean and great location

The room was very clean and new. All the facilities worked well and included a good selection, e.g air con, fridge, wardrobe rack. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful despite having to speak a 2nd language. The location was good, in Vernazza around a 3 min walk down to the centre and very close to the train station.

There were no towel rails in the bathroom apart from 2 stick on hooks which kept falling down. Beside this minor issue the room was great

Stanza trovata per caso, grazie alle recensioni positive; ma è andata ben oltre le nostre aspettative! La posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione e, soprattutto, comoda da raggiungere. Personale cortese e disponibile, attento alle necessità e al benessere degli ospiti. Infine, ma non per importanza, da lodare la pulizia della stanza e il buon gusto dell'arredamento che hanno contribuito a rendere ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno.

Unos días tranquilos y preciosos

Mucho, aunque al principio me dieron una habitación en la planta baja con una bañera de hidromasaje que parecía una piscina y una cama redonda enorme,pero el hidromasaje no funcionaba y la cama redonda era un coñazo, pero al día siguiente nos cambiaron la habitación a la planta de arriba con balcón y todo perfecto. Además tiene un riachuelo que pasa debajo de la ventana que da una serenidad y huele a tomillo, albahaca y varias plantas todo el tiempo, me encantó.

El de abajo que no tenia nada de luz. El de arriba con el balcón , me gusto todo

Fint läge och rummet var trevligt och kändes alldeles nyrenoverat. Rummet hade ett bubbelbadkar vilket gav en extra känsla av guldkant på semestern.

Fantastiskt boende med fina, fräscha moderna rum. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen mot de gröna bergen . Det finns ett bubbelbad i rummet som vi tyvärr inte hann använda . Väldigt bra med kylskåp
