Clean but small room, good water pressure, friendly staff and great breakfast included. Also offered to store luggage for the day and included towels to bring down to the beach on request.

Nice hotel, somewhat of a hike from the train station. Room was very small. To keep the lights on you have to insert hotel key, the bathroom light stays on when we did that so we pulled the key to sleep but them none of the plugs worked so nothing charged overnight. Staff was very kind! Nice breakfast with price of our room.

Hotel Souvenir was the perfect location for a stay in cinque terre. The location Is in cemttal Monterosa and convenient to the beach. The staff are very friendly and the room clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent as well and everything about the hotel was just amazing, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cinque terre!!!

Wonderful property! Close to town center and 10 minute walk to train station, but still quiet and a bit secluded. Lovely outdoor area with seating, flowers and greenery. The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us. Like their whole conversation clearly. Breakfast was great. Parking was either on the street far away or a parking garage that you paid nightly for. We opted for the parking garage. We would stay there again but lower our expectations.

The hotel did not honor my request for top floor, so we had noise from the room above us. The room was great. Be sure to turn in your key or they will charge you €15. Even if it was other people on your reservation that kept their key. Location was good.
