Close to city centre

A touch small only because I’m used to bigger apartments but that’s what you get in old town city centre, still enjoyable .

Location clean

Very hands off. All communication by text. I couldn’t connect with wifi and told no one else has a problem so just keep trying. It was only after being putting in the stressful position of nagging that they sent their Mother around and she also had issues but finally connected it. Lollies & a couple of tea bags & coffee pods were provided. No milk. When I asked what TV stations for English news that most stays have she said google it and said guests don’t usually watch TV. They want the business but intolerant of meeting customers needs. They don’t give an inch with services. The coffee machine had no instruction & I couldn’t work so asked housekeeper and she also couldn’t get it to work. Eventually she did with changing the machine but it made cold coffee. I found the mother helpful but daughter off hand in her texts.

Great Location, clean, very safe. We could leave our bags as our train arrived at 10.30 am and we didn’t want to be stuck with them. Didn’t meet the host, but met her mother who was very nice and helpful. We did get some helpful recommendations of places to eat.

10am checkout a little early and we were reminded. Felt a little like we had to rush off. We understand they have prepare for the next people, but it did feel slightly pressured.

Rooms are very old and small. It was clean and had a good ensuite. Rooms look better in the photos than it actually was.

Rooms need a revamp to brighten them up.
