Perfect!!

We loved our stay at Nicoletta’s place! She welcomed us with coffee and cookies at check-in, and the room was spacious, with strong air conditioning, a comfortable bathroom, and even Netflix on the TV. The location was perfect: easy to reach from the train station and close to everything in Monterosso. Nicoletta gave us great recommendations, answered all our questions, provided beach towels, and was always kind and helpful. She even sent us off with another coffee at checkout. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicoletta is very kind and helpful. She was in contact with us before our arrival and because our flight has a delay she cancelled for us the first night because we couldn't arrive on that day. She is a very nice person and the accommodation is really great, we warmly recommend.

Comfortable and quiet rooms at a pretty good price just 5 minutes from the beach, train, and shops.

The location is a 5 minute walk up the hill, so is quieter than locations on the main street and near the trains. There is a very nice restaurant very close by. Beach towels were provided. The owner communicated well in our native language.

Prospective guests should be aware that there are only two guest rooms and they are in the owners' home. There is no breakfast or coffee available there. There is a nice cafe with fresh pastries close by as an alternative. Check-in depends on the owner being home and check out is unusually early at 10 AM.

I felt like staying at home. Nicoletta is amazing host, that gives you tips, offers free coffee and everyday a bottle of water. Also, when she noticed that we bought a wine, she gave us proper wine glasses. Great location: close to the new Monteresso part and to the beaches. Very beautiful and modern apartment. Beach towels available.

The host, Nicoletta, is the sweetest and most helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well. The room was cleaned every day.

The room only had one window which opened up towards a wall. The room was a bit too humid, but that has to do with the fact that the building is old like all other buildings in Monterosso and in Cinque Terre in general. :)

There was a small fridge but no kitchen so you need to basically have all your meals out.
