Felt like home with the warmest host and a perfectly clean, peaceful stay.

Birgida is an amazing host! She truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was super clean, everything was perfectly set and well-organized. She personally welcomed us and took the time to explain all the nearby hiking trails, which was really helpful. Every morning, she cleaned the room and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Birgida!🙏

Excellent location with options parking available.

Excellent location at the uphill end of old town just outside the ZTL, a short 5-minute walk down a slight grade to the center of town and only about 13 minute (0.6 mile) walk to the train station. We highly recommend staying in Monterosso al Mare when visiting Cinque Terre, if you have a car. It’s the nicest of all five towns with better restaurants, convenient to get in and out of with convenient parking. We paid the owner (€10/day) to park in her garage, a little tight getting in and out of, you can also park in the public garage right across the street. Very friendly host/owner Brigida, she maintains the property in a meticulous spotless condition, she lives in the house attached to the rear. The unit contains two rooms, each with their own bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Small but adequate-size room and bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfortable double bed. WIFI, A/C, TV, desk. No breakfast provided, but there are places to eat downtown.

No luggage racks provided, too many chairs (6) in the room. Not a big negative but be aware that most Italian B&B’s / hotels air dry their towels, so they are stiff and coarse. Also, typical of most European hotels, they don’t provide wash clothes, we always bring our own.

Quiet location but short stroll to the shops & beach. Beautiful view of the hills, at start of a walk in National park. Every facility you would need ! House cleaned every day. Our host Brigida was so caring and helpful for us she couldn’t have done more. Thank you Brigida

It was perfect for us. Close to town but away from all the craziness. Nice patio to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Nice kitchen area that’s shared with the other guests. Great place for a couple.

The location was perfect, on the edge of the forest and a 5 minute walk to town and a further 5 minutes to the beach. Brigida was a perfect host, very amenable and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more

Clean, Cozy and silent. Quite remote (comparing to the size of Monterosso) but this is an advantage - your silence is guaranteed.

There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, thus you could always smell it in the air. But not smth that would disturb much (though this considering the fact that we were leaving early in the morning to return after 10pm)

Great base to enjoy Cinque Tierre from.

An attractive little place to stay conveniently located for enjoying Cinque Terre. It was also very helpful to be able to use the owners garage for parking ($10 a day). Also worth mentioning is that we thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip up the coast from the nearby port, which was more enjoyable than the train. Take the boat all the way to Porto Venere, which is lovely despite rarely being mentioned, and then visit the the Cinque Tierre towns on the way back.

Perfect!

Brigida en her son Mattheo were the absolute best and nicest people! Thanbks to them we had all the information we wanted. Every day a clean room and when we wanted something/anything they would reply and help out. Thank you Brigida! If we ever come back to Cinque Terra, we wil come back to you!

It was a big, comfy and clean room and the hostess was very friendly and nice. We also could leave our luggage in the building after check out. Furthermore the check in was very uncomplicated and we would definitely come back again!

Location was convenient to get around the area. Parking garage was across the street. Very clean and comfortable bed. coffee and tea. mini-fridge in the room

I thought it included access to the kitchen and terrace but now with the coronavirus the kitchen and terrace are not included. It was more like a hotel room with a mini-fridge and electric kettle. Wish she would have told me that she could provide on-site, covered parking for 10 euros per day. It would have saved me $$.
