Had a great time at Verdeacqua! It was a great place to relax and refresh ourselves after a day at the beach

We loved how clean it was and the amenities provided. The kitchenette was lovely.

The shower door did not seal well so the bathroom floor got very wet.

The perfect Monterosso stay!

Roberta and his team were super helpful and flexible. The outdoor area was a blessing, a great place to sit and read a book. The location was sensational with a 3-minute walk to the smaller free beach, which I loved. There are plenty of little restaurants to eat at again, a 3 minute walk away. A very secure place with walking distance to everything and yet quiet in the evening. I loved it so much I was lucky enough to extend by 1 night.

Convenient and easy stay in Montorosso!

The location is very convenient to the train station and the beach. It is on the ground floor and easily accessible in the new side of town. Old Town is a 10 minute walk. The interior is very new and modern - a great surprise! Lovely little touches and the bathroom is brand new. It’s a great little apartment to rent as you spend most of your time outside enjoying the ambience of Montorosso.

The location was great, a block or less from the beach and really easy to get to. The room also came equipped with everything we might need, I really appreciated the coffee and tea and little bites plus the bathroom stuff they left :) The room itself was very comfortable and we had a great stay! Chiara received and despite not speaking english she was very friendly and tried her best to make sure we had a great time.

The only thing I'd suggest is that they take a look at the shower as if we both showered one after the other it got a bit clogged and the water wasn't coming down as fast as it normally would. I did appreciate getting the shower shoes they gave us though.

Room in monterosso

Location is great, near the train station. It’s a quiet street so you have peace. Host is kind and welcoming. Bed is big and comfortable. There is a kettle and a coffee maker.

The room is not a good value for money. The only window is the front door which is more like a balcony window and there is no light in the room. The room has a weird smell of moisture. The furniture is worn out, and one of the cabinets is locked so you can’t use it.

A hidden gem

The set up is extremely convenient for a family of 5, like us. There are two adjoining studios: a smaller studio for two people (with a double bed) and a bigger one for three people (with double bed and a single bed). Each studio has its own bathroom, a TV, a fridge and a coffee machine (with pods). The bigger studio has a fully equipped kitchenette including microwave. We really liked the two terraces all for ourselves and the look and feel of the place (modern, with « acquaverde » color as theme). The air con was a huge plus and the automatic blinds too. Sabrina was extremely helpful, professional and kind. We also liked the location which was close to everything (beach, restaurant, supermarket and train station) yet also quite quiet and residential.

There is not much to report. The only thing is that the appartement and terrace are on the ground floor close to a spot where cars stop to offload or pick people up. It is not a huge problem and really can only be noticed when one is on the terrace. When in the apartment, it is super quiet and soundproof.

Beautiful apartment with garden

The apartment is perfectly located, just a one minute walk from the Beach. You can easily get to the train station in around 5 minutes as well as all the bars and restaurants. This is the perfect start to explore Cinque Terre by foot or by train. The apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a shaded garden. The garden was a very comfortable place to relax after our hiking day. The apartment itself has one room, which includes a well equipped kitchen, a double bed, a comfortable sofa and a TV. The bathroom is very clean and modern. There is a big set of towels and toilet paper is available as well as shower gel, soap and a hair dryer. There is also very good free WiFi that works really well compared to other places in Italy. A big Thank You to the Host for providing me with a lot of coffee capsules for the espresso machine. All in all, we really liked our accommodation and we will definitely come there again.

The hotel was perfect. clean and comfortable. Ms. sabrina is very friendly and helpful, she made our stay in the hotel really enjoyable. She took care to help us find parking, she showed us some good places to eat and if we wanted to clean the room in the following days. A really nice experience, recommended for all people who want a quiet place, with a personal garden outside the room. Really fair price for the service and kindness found.

Nice accommodation close to the beach in Monterosso. Start up problems after covid shutdown.

Good location close to the beach and restaurants. Monterosso is a very pleasant town and a great hub to explore the cinque terre! We sadly experienced some problems with the room, but the owner was sorry and tried to help us out best possible.

It seemed like there hadn't been travellers there for some time, and we sadly experienced problems with both the wifi, television, bed lamps and payment. One of the staff picked us up from the train station which was nice, but she later didn't arrive on time for an appointment but claimed we had agreed on a later time.

Exceptional

The location is really good. It is the best of the 5 Terres we thought . It is a short walk over the old part of this terre which has most of the better restaurants. The room is super clean and beautifully made. Has good Aircon and a cute sitting area outside if you come during summer months. The hosts really help with all the problems / questions you have.

The only thing that was a bit strange was there were two bowls and two small spoons but that was it. I knew that we didn't have a full kitchen but a fork/knife and normal plates would have been nice. You do have a fridge, coffee machine and water kettle though so that is nice.

Perfect for Cinque Terre

Modern furnishings and sparkling clean room. Room is small but perfect for our needs and it’s nice to takeaway some pastries for breakfast at the patio. Quiet part of town but close to the station. Mia was the best part of the place as she was very accommodating and friendly. She made us feel right at home.
