The room is located at the upper floor with narrow access stairs case. It is a challenge if you have a large luggage.

What I loved is that I have a daughter and next to it is a small playground !!!!! Super easy access it wasn’t difficult to go up so many stairs like other spots !!! And close to the beach! I love ! The owner is super sweet texted me a day before to make sure the room was ready way before our check in which was so convenient for us to leave our luggage there earlier !! And the room is very spacious and clean the bathroom was nice as well I just loved the spot where we stayed ! If there is anyone that I can convince come here ! The owner is super nice and helpful! And it’s next to a clothing store and you wait for someone to walk to your room! Please come here and the pricing is pretty cheap considering that it’s super close to the beach ! Less than a minute walk and you get a beautiful view ! And the best part too it’s super close to the trains ! Not far away at all

The location and the communication with the host were the only positive aspects of the experience that we had.

The location

The walls are thin so you can hear everything in the house. Could not rest due to the constant noise. It was cold (6 degrees) only a thin duvet and very thin throws were available at our room. The heater seemed not working and the water for bath was not hot.

Very good location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect — close to the beach and in a quiet area of Monterosso, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Cinque Terre.

Just a small note — the room is a bit compact for a couple traveling with larger suitcases.

Cinque Terre was great, this place was not.

Host was nice.

We left in the morning at 6:00 am. We unfortunately had multiple issues during our stay. 1. The shower drain does not drain well at all making the surface of shower very slick and dangerous. 2. There was less than one roll of toilet paper in the room (should have at a minimum two or more). 3. The shade cord does not work to lower the curtain to block out the light. This made our room too bright to sleep all night long because of the bright light outside of the window. 4. The water in the shower would not get warm in the morning after being on for several minutes and we had to take a cold shower. 5. For the price paid we should not be forced to only turn on and off electricity with a key. When one person leaves the room the other person cannot take a nap because the keys are all locked together.

It was great for what I needed - a bed and a place to wash up. Might be tight for folks traveling together.

Lovely stay in September

Great location, right by the beach and within walking distance to everything you need; shops, cafes, resturants, mini-market etc. Close to the train station and a great base for excursions to the other Cuinque Terre cities 🇮🇹 Lovely and clean room with a nice bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge, safe, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, etc. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly and service-minded host🤗 We had an amazing stay – thanks for having us! 🇮🇹 🍋 🌞

The hosts were so warm, kind, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and gave me wonderful recommendations on things to do and places to eat. They made me feel right at home. The space was impeccable and well-appointed.

Prijs kwaliteit niet in balans

Dicht bij strand

Parkeerplaats slecht geregeld. Ligt op zeer grote afstand en geeft geen veilig gevoel je auto daar achter te laten. Moet van te voren duidelijk worden aangegeven zodat je kunt besluiten van de veel dichterbij gelegen gemeentelijke parkeerplaats gebruik het maken. Wellicht iets duurder maar veel prettiger je auto dichtbij te hebben voor het geval je nog iets nodig hebt. Enkele foto’s op Booking suggereren dat er sprake is van een balkon, dit is echter niet aanwezig. Veel trappen lopen met koffers. Het is erg gehorig in het pand
