Secret guest house in a perfect location

Perfect location for everything. The hosts, Fausto and Mariapia gave us such a welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the room is was very traditional and spotlessly clean. Lovely snacks, tea/coffee and mini fridge filled with soft drinks, water and homemade orangcino and limoncino. Loved the beach bag and beach towels that were provided. The breakfast was fresh, beautifully prepared and served in the private garden. Servers were friendly and again nothing was too much trouble, it was so special. We were given recommendations for places to eat and we tried 3 out of 4 and all were fabulous. Amazing stay, not long enough. We will be back.

The room was great, quaint and secret garden was just the place to relax to recharge and go exploring again. Breakfast was good. The room was cleaned and changed twice a day! Wonderful!

A truly ‘enchanted’ stay.

The accommodation was just perfect for our needs. Our room, beautifully titled ‘The Golden Room’ was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely stocked with themed toiletries and the room had fruit, drinks and snacks available free of charge. The staff couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. It was, however, the ‘enchanted’ garden that really topped our stay. A perfect place for the lovingly prepared breakfast and a calm oasis for relaxation.

Everything about this property is amazing - the people, the facilities, the services are all wonderful. The property is lovingly cared for by the owners and it shows. The guests are welcomed with open arms and made to feel at home.

Above and beyond accommodations with 5-star hospitality.

Fausto and his wife are the ultimate hosts. Usually a hotel is not the highlight of a vacation but in this case it most certainly was. The rooms were immaculate and had such charm with little details like free mini-bar, (complete with homemade limoncino!) bathroom extras like lotion and hair ties etc. The secret garden used for breakfast was magical, complete with homemade pastries and excellent egg dishes. Fausto made all of our dinner reservations (excellent choices) and when we needed a taxi back to the train station he rode his bike to the taxi stand to schedule one for us. The location is right in town with no steep stairs to climb - a big bonus as well. WOW WOW WOW!

Perfect relaxing getaway!

We loved the property. The staff was very attentive and the room stocked with swim towels and many snacks and drinks. The garden was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. Breakfast was delicious!

A comfortable stay in a beautiful town

Breakfast in the garden was absolutely lovely. The rooms are larger than they appear in the photos, and the amenities were great. Our host and his staff were pleasant and very accommodating. When we were departing, they prepared a special breakfast for us to take with us on our journey home.

Amazing location, beautiful garden, gorgeous breakfast. Complimentary minibar including homemade limoncello! The property had loads of character, charm and was sparkling clean. Staff were amazing. Quiet lane, 1 min to restaurants and 3 min walk to beach. 10 min walk to train station. Easy access. They thought of everything, very well run B & B.

Mariapia and Fausto are impeccable hosts who ensured that all facets of our stay were perfect.

We stayed in the Gold Room which was very well setup with plenty of space for the two of us. The room was immaculate with lots of very thoughtful additional items including free mini bar, fresh fruit and snacks. The breakfast preparation, presentation and quality was superb. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden under the fruiting lemon trees. When the morning was raining we had breakfast in our room which again was incredible.

We were so happy we chose to stay in this wonderful B&B with a lovely garden and friendly hosts.

This lovely B&B is in a convenient location in the old part of Monterosso, easily reached on foot from the train station. The proprietors,MariaPia and Fausto, are very kind and welcoming and all the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a huge suite with comfortable easy chairs, a table, a chaise lounge, a double bed, tables to put our packs and clothing on, a fridge well-stocked with complimentary beers, juices and their own excellent home-made Limoncello. The bathroom was quite luxurious with a large shower and lots of complimentary soaps, shampoo and other supplies. An ample breakfast was served in their lovely garden. Fausto suggested that we hike a trail out of Riomaggiore, which we did, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.

A perfect B&B for a relaxing stay in Cinque Terre!

Il Giardino Incantato exceeded all of our expectations. The room was perfect, the daily breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were perfectly welcoming and helpful. Among other details, they provided us with homemade Limoncello, beach towels, and a fully stocked mini fridge, all for free. If we go back to Cinque Terre, we'll be staying here again!

We loved everything! Our room was very comfortable and the service was consistently wonderful. It felt like every detail was taken care of including the many breakfast options and the lovely garden setting for meals.
