Perfect Room in an incredible location. 5 stars

This place far exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room extremely clean, modern but cozy, small touches like wine glasses, coffee and tea, retractable awning outside. The hot tub and sitting out front were incredible to sit and listen to the waves and enjoy coffee or wine. Temp control in the room was great, shower was nice and roomy, the maid was so friendly and so helpful that kept up on the rooms and outdoors area. Whatever this place is doing they are doing it well. Can’t wait for our return to spend more time here.

Perfectly situated not-so hidden gem in Montorosso offering sights and sounds of the sea

Great location near the train station in the newer part of Monterosso. The property sits right on the main road, so passersby could occasionally peek through the fence into the covered terrace of the four units, but it never felt intrusive because just beyond the sidewalk and road was the stunning sea, with the sound of waves crashing in. Honestly, I felt proud when people walking by noticed us because we had found this not-so-hidden gem. The terrace was surrounded by a fence and a locked gate, so the property always felt secure. The room décor was modern and comfortable, with concrete floors, which overall made the room feel grounded and solid. While the room was smaller than some, it was a typical size for an Italian hotel room. Margherita, the caretaker, was lovely. She took excellent care of us during breakfast and did a wonderful job cleaning our room. The breakfast itself was fantastic with more than enough food! There was also a hot tub for soaking, and the shutters on the door made the room perfectly dark for sleeping in. Paired with my white noise app, we slept in every morning, which was the best. The rooftop deck above the units offered a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise. We would enjoy sunset and an aperitivo along the sidewalk just across from Roca Du Ma Pasu. It was a short walk through the tunnel to the old part of town and an even closer walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great place to soak up the beauty of Cinque Terre waterfront and horizon.

The direct access and privacy of these ground level courtyard rooms facing the waterfront. You can hear the waves inside the room thru the door’s shutters. Having breakfast served on your private patio each morning. Using your private hot tub on the patio each evening. Being able to watch the passing parade of people while being secluded and sheltered enough at the same time. The friendly happy pantomime about our questions or needs with the woman who prepared and served breakfast and kept up the rooms. She is the energizer bunny when it came to the work and a warm, welcoming presence.

The sink area was short on shelf space and the wet tile floors are slippery when wearing their slippers.

It is very private like having your own apartment. Location is amazing. Breakfast with Margaurite is amazing. Staff is very friendly, helpful and caring.

Was the perfect choice for our Cinque Terre stay

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and responsive. Loved the outdoor space and personal touch with our very own private breakfast.

A brilliant slice of paradise

Located right on the beach-front, this was the prefect place to enjoy one night at Cinque Terre. The simian was clean, and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

It’s not the cheapest, but very glad we made this choice. This was our base for 3 nights while in Cinque Terre.

Possibly the most modern hotel rooms (only 4 rooms) on the Monterosso beach stretch. Safe, clean, great service, excellent location and lovely daily breakfast. Special thanks to the diligent Margarita for preparing our daily breakfast and take such great care of the property and all guest!

Overall the stay was fantastic. The breakfast and location were both amazing and the hot tub was an added bonus.

The only negatives I can think of is the lack of privacy when using the hot tub which I know is hard to change and some of the lights in the room from the aircon, television and phone overall make the room lighter when trying to sleep at night.

A great place with the best location in Monterosso.

Exceptional location, just one street between the room and the sea. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served every morning at the small porch outside the room by Margherita and was very good. A nice jacuzzi was also in the porch.

Great ocean view in Monterosso

The location was perfect view of the ocean and right by the train station. Lots of restaurants around. This is a basic room it’s small, but the location makes up for it and Margarita was fantastic and brought us breakfast in the morning. Loved the patio. I would stay here again

Lovely modern accommodation in the heart of Monterosso

Perfectly located property right in the heart of Monterosso. The room was modern and clean. Bathrobes were provided, which were great for enjoying our leisurely delicious breakfasts out on the patio. Also very much enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and swimming in the chilly ocean.

They took us at short notice for four nights and made us very welcome.

Location was great. Hotel staff were fantastic. These rooms are unique and although different don’t be put off by the see in shower it really is not an issue. And people walking past really don’t notice you. Sitting in the garden. The hot-tub is well maintained and water is emptied and tub cleaned after each guest.

Beautiful view, lovely hotel and great hospitality

The set of 4 rooms are located just by the pedestrian walk in Monterossa. Although it's a little walk (5 minutes) from the check in location, the hotel staff walked with us and assisted us in getting settled. Room is exceptionally clean, bed is comfortable, and breakfast out on the patio was perfect every morning.

The four rooms could use a little bit more privacy between the patios. Perhaps even a plant with height would be enough.

Wonderful stay

I had an wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel’s location was perfect—within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. enjoyed the breakfast served individually in the garden. The cherry on the top definitely is the amazing view and location.

Monterosso gem

We loved this place. It was centrally located. The room was clean, plenty of towels for bathing and the beach and there was plenty of hot water. There were lots of extra luxurious touches- wine therapy body wash, tooth brushes and paste etc. The garden was fantastic. It was a relaxing, shaded garden with a private hot tub per room. After all the walking it was a nice treat. The absolute best was breakfast with Margharita. What a lovely hostess! She is so kind and accommodating. She was delightful every morning greeting us with fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, coffee and so much more. She is a sweetheart. Plus she is super efficient. Take good care of her. She is worth her weight in gold.

it’s beautiful but not really comfortable

the noises are transmitted from room to room. the guy that toke me to do the check in was un respectful, no friendly, no helpful and was more giving attention to his girlfriend on messenger then do my check in! I asked him if he can see if they have adaptor I can use (it was 2pm) he told me I will check tomorrow. of course he didn’t. he open the door with the key didn’t explain nothing and was laughing to himself checking his phone. when I asked him questions like where is the wifi and stuff like this about the room he gave me short answers and was ready to leave. didn’t give me a chance to ask what I need.
