We loved the location in the heart of Old Town. The owner Gabriel was a wonderful host who looked after us well, lots of great advice and great dinner recommendations. A lovely continental breakfast, he makes a mean espresso. Also the property has a great terrace for late afternoon drinks.

We thought the bathroom was a little cramped, and we missed having a kettle in our room.

Our host Gabriel was the best host we ever had. Nothing was any trouble. We had a wonderful time in Monterosso. The breakfasts were extremely good.

Gabriele is an amazing host—kind, warm, helpful. He helped me bring my luggage up the stairs and checked in on me to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast was great with gluten free and vegetarian options and the location is excellent. The room is comfortable and clean. If I return to Monterosso, I’d like to stay here again. It’s a beautiful location with great people.

Gabriele, the owner, greets you when you arrive, carry’s your bags upstairs and gives you fantastic restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. He seems to always be there when you leave and when you return to greet you with a smile and kind words and genuine interest in your day. The pride of ownership shows in the rooms, the great breakfast and his beautiful condition of the hotel. The views from the upstairs terrace made for wonderful place to sit and relax at the end of the day.
