If you love the sea and wake up every morning looking at the crushing waves this is your perfect place. From Monterosso Train station it is 2 minutes walk and top of that there is very good Resturant in the ground floor. The room is cleaned every day by default, so does the towels. This is really a good value for money and I would love to stay here again.

Location was central and a quick walk from train station, beach and restaurants. Room was quiet, and cool and comfortable. Garden patio was lovely; while we were there the hydrangeas were in spectacular bloom. Recently remodeled bathroom was clean and neat. Beach towels and umbrellas were provided for guests.

Communicating with the hotel through the booking.com was tedious because it required logging in to booking.com to send replies. It would be better to have an email, or preferably, a text/chat directly with the hotel. Make sure to communicate your arrival time accurately so the manager will be there to meet you and assist with check in. The front desk is not staffed continuously so if you arrive unexpectedly, there may be a short wait.

Fantastic location. Family room has balcony overlooking the sea. It is not fancy but toom was spacious and housekeeping good.

Difficult to communicate with the property.

The location is the best!! Walking distance from train station and across from the beach with plenty of options to eat. The bathroom was. Rand new and everything in it was great- water pressure, heat and functional. Not noisy as other said. Also have brand new windows. ( room 5)

The property seems like it had some updates but lacks basics. The key system is pathetic. If you arrive at night it is so hard to lock the door as the lights are still not on. Towels were HORRIBLE. Old, scratchy and some even had stains and holes. The mattresses are painful and there is no night light so you either have a super strong light on or you are in the pitch dark. The cleaning lady was adorable. The lady who checked us in seems like she must be going through something rough and hates the world and her job. Steep stairs to get to the rooms.
