I definitely will stay again if any next trip to Cinque Terre in the future

Easy accessible to everything that’s making the purpose of the trips enjoyable Cinque Terre.

The environment cares with small divided trash can for plastic, paper and waste inside the bathroom. A night shift staff; Glen in the dining room were very helpful to us when we asked for hot water.

Love most everything, but not a good night's sleep, due to previous comments.

Love the cleanliness of the facility, the staff and the great breakfast.

There were only shears on the windows in our room which made it difficult to sleep due to light coming in. Also, it appeared that our bed was two twins pushed together so there was a valley in the center of the bed which made it very uncomfortable.

Lovely location in the heart of Old Monterossa!

We loved the location of the property and the gorgeous views. The breakfast and coffee were delicious and the variety of choices was amazing! The staff was very attentive and the room was comfortable. This property was handed down from the grandparents and is now run by the granddaughter.

The breakfast options were plenty. I am coeliac and there were plenty of options. Staff were friendly and willing to help. The location was brilliant, close to all tourist attractions, yet the hotel was very quiet and private. The room was clean, had lots of space and the view from the French windows overlooking the sea was amazing.

Excellent Stay

Loved Albergo Amici! Great location, friendly staff and so helpful and accommodating! The hotel is nestled in adorable Monterosso and the surrounding shops were so convenient when we needed or just shopping for fun! The front desk offered discounted tickets for the train that stopped at each town. Overall, a very good experience!

A few in our party felt the beds were too hard and the pillows too flat.

It was a nice stay at the hotel.

I like how approachable and polite the staffs of the hotel specially the staffs at the breakfast room and also the lady at the front desk. The breakfast didn’t really meet my expectation, too little options and always the same food everyday. It would be nice if they add a little more options like sausages and different vegetables.

I had an amazing solo adventure!

My train was late arriving and the staff was so accommodating of my late arrival and super helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome every morning, especially on the Garden outdoor area. Loved the coffee. The location was perfect! I will definitely visit again.

Lovely small hotel, great staff

Lovely woman at the front desk, peaceful garden, very clean, excellent air conditioning in room, good breakfast.

There was no way to adjust the fan speed on the A/C unit, which was set fairly high. Fairly high was okay during the day, but at night it’s much too loud, and at night I want a soft, cool breeze, not gale force winds. Guests should be able to adjust everything so that it is to their comfort.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. They could speak English & offered recommendations for dinner.

The bed was hard & no blanket. The pillows were not comfortable. Very bad toilet paper & towels were not soft. A little bit worn down

Great for a short break away. Lovely little hotel, with easy access to the bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was served in the main restaurant. There was a good offering of cereal, continental options and eggs and bacon. The food was fresh and a good selection of juices, tea and coffee available.

They didn't serve breakfast on the roof terrace, though you could take breakfast up yourself.

Perfect hotel conveniently located to everything!

It was conveniently located in the center of old town Monterosso with my shops and restaurants nearby. Our room had a balcony with a view of the sea! It was definitely a plus that the hotel also had an elevator and AC!! The best thing about Albergo Amici is their rooftop garden terrace with many levels, beautiful lemon trees/flowers and lots of chaise lounges!

Good central hotel

Perfect location right in the old town of Monterosso - restaurants right on doorstep and only 10 mins walk to train station/new town. Considering right in the heart of the town the hotel is very quiet and we didn’t hear any outside noise at all (only from corridors in hotel but was minimal) Breakfast was good with a range of continental selections along with bacon and eggs also. Service was great-we arrived very early so wanted to leave our bags until room was ready which we were able to do and they also messaged us to let us know when room was ready and even took the bags to the room for us. Much appreciated Huge garden on rooftop with sun loungers/chairs tables and great views of sea - great area to relax at as also v quiet, although it is over a few levels so there are a number of steps

Breakfast was great ! Liked the location. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful. All were courteous. A special shout out to Natasha for her assistance and caring.

The only change we would make is to get new chaises for the balconies, they are not comfortable, cannot be adjusted to be comfortable and the visor piece while the thought is good, could be dangerous.

Cosy place near centre! Beach towels!

Short walk to centre and beach. Lovely terrace overlooking Monterosso. Good breakfast and nice breakfast staff. Provided beach towels and regular towels which was a nice touch.

Check in simple enough however storage for bags if you're early is a bit inadequate - just a space under the stairs where anyone could grab your stuff! Air con settings aren't right and the room is either boiling or freezing making sleep a bit disrupted as you change settings in the night.

It was a great option for our travel needs

we weren't able to stay for breakfast but it was included in our stay. Beach towels provided. Great water pressure in shower.

we had no issues with our stay but we left early and there didn't appear to be a secure way to drop or key or it wasn't explained to us. we reluctantly left our key sitting on the counter when we departed.
